They need to sort there act out and stop being a business and go back to being a doctors surgery ....Go back to pre covid appointment system

Phone system is a nightmare! Faster finger first wouldn’t be in it! I rang the enquiries line to check if I could leave a urine sample in to be tested… I was told they have changed their procedures and you have to speak to a doctor first… surprise surprise there are no appointments left so I was advised to call del doctor or go to a and e. Really poor service structure which is a shame as gps are lovely (when you can actually get to see one!) bring back booking appointments for the week ahead and open the telephone lines properly!

I had a very bad kidney infection, one of those ones where I went back to bed on Sunday April 14 and shivered uncontrollably for 4.5 hours, my daughter eventually took me to the Mater hospital where I spent 5 days on a IV with antibiotics, upon release the hospital gave me the records to give to my doctor, two weeks later the infection returned, I went down to my practice (Whitehouse medical) where my wife explained to the receptionist my plight and asked for strong antibiotics, this was refused and we were told to call the emergency number, with no success, I ended up back in hospital, this practice is so unprofessional with receptionists who are terrible, thick and can’t use their initiative, needless to say I want to leave this fifth division practice asap

Terrible service can't get appointment. Receptionist is extremely rude. Tried to make a complaint can't even do this as they will only except a letter. Tried over 300 times to get an appointment and still get told to just go to the hospital as they have no available appointments. Totally useless.

Haven't been able to get through on the appointment line for over 2 weeks. Also they don't see you if you are pregnant anymore just to do an online referral to the hospital.

Whilst I can't fault the staff and doctors when I do get through or get an appointment. I do feel that the booking system needs to be looked at and amended to be able to facilitate both those urgent appointments and those appointments that are still needed but not classed as urgent.

I could not fault any of the doctors or nurses past or present and anybody gurning for immediate attention has the option of taking themselves private . Practice has been swamped and is always in a no win situation doesn’t take a genius to work that one out. They are more to be pitied than scorned. Not Happy don’t gurn ring BUPA

Has to be one of the worst surgeries I've belonged to trying to 45 mins to get through & then the phone lines are closed!! Ring the medical emergency number for the extremely rude receptionist to tell you to call back tomorrow it's only emergency calls!! So what is a medical emergency surely mental health is a serious?? Think they need a bit more training on this matter & that receptionist needs some customer service skills! Talking there as if she's a doctor!
