Rude behavior of staff
Food too spicy, hot and unhygienic, not customizable, most likely due to use of readymade mixture of spices and colouring food additives.

They are not providing fresh food . I ordered biriyani n I found hair and the food is one day older before serve .n total food was cold n poor in test. When I asked them about the cold food they told me this is just fresh how can a fresh product can be cold .so much dissatisfied. Don't come
Food quality is very disappointed. Authority must give fresh food item. I ordered egg fried rice 1 plate and chicken kosa 1 plate.They take 10 min and then gave by warm up the dish.
Overall Tasteless food at my opinion, quantity is ok but bad quality, not recommended.

The restaurant is neat, clean and well decorated. The sitting arrangements are good. The food decoration is good. The atmosphere is good and the service is also good.
Many varaties of foods are available here. The food quality is not good and the taste of the food is also not good. I and my friends went there. There we have ordered many dishes. I give it three stars because the the quality is not good and I don't like the taste of the foods.

taste wise disgusting , quantities was too less , soup's taste like chili chicken gravy lighter version & next time I can't place order on this resturent.
I ordered Dal Makhani and my experience was devastating where the taste was hardly of any dal ever ate which was nothing but just oil.
I’m atleast sure that the color of Dal Makhani is not this. The charge of this was also quite expensive.

It is located in the middle of a very busy place, Rathtala, Kamarhati. However, it can be said that the dine in was almost vacant, although there is a lot of demand for take away.
We ate chicken biryani here, which tasted good. The size of the chicken leg piece was also quite large. The price is quite reasonable compared to that.
Nice place to have a lunch or dinner in a reasonable budget.
