The Kenwood Condominium

The apartments are spacious, it has everything you need, the people are super nice, it’s very tall so you have a nice view, but at night, I wake up so many times in the middle of the night because of beeping like sounds from trucks. It’s a great place to live in, but it’s just not in the right place.

The board is a bunch of old women who have nothing better to do than complain. I mean really it's a job a 10 year old child can do. The building okay, but dated. Looks more of a senior retirement community from the 80's. I guess the price okay for senior citizens. I'm glad l have money to afford a nicer place unlike the seniors who couldn't afford a nicer place. I guess that's why they complain about everything. Not my fault there poor

Nice place to visit, but guest parking is minimal and it is on a major highway so on-street parking not available.

The condo is being remodeled.
Many have wooden flooring and the place is clean. It seems to be a nice location.

Very beautiful cherry blossom areas

A good location not far from the heart of Bethesda. One can take the trail and enjoy the scenery. I forget the trails name, but it leads to either Washington D.C. or Bethesda. There is an outdoor pool and some security. Parking is limited for guests.
