Good chessy ramen. The iced latte is ok too a tad more on ice than coffee though. But i like the vibe as a first time visitor. Staff also had the initiatve to turn on electric fan so thats good

A nice cafe that cold surely be better.

The highlight of this place was the atmosphere and how it gives off a cozy vibe which allows the customers to stay for a while to work and study, although the place isn’t air conditioned equally. The food was okay for its price. I liked how customers can stay as long as they like and there isn’t corkage fees. My only suggestion is to have wifi for those who would be staying there and maybe add another staff worker to help the one alone there.

I am hoping that the reviews are considered in order to improve the place.

2 stars?
Here’s the reason why.
It is 2 stars because my experience when I get there is not as good as my first experience. The food is affordable and tastes good, same as my first experience. The service is good but there’s only 1 staff and she’s working overall the cafe, unlike the first time when I get there, they’re 2/3 of them. The atmosphere is not that relaxing because it’s hot since they did not turn on the air-con on the other side, but when you sit on the corner side of the cafe, it’s cold. Overall experience is 4/10 for me because it doesn't feel like cafe. Though they have unique features like a boutique inside the cafe but it doesn't change the experience.

Cafe Belle is a one-of-a-kind coffee shop. It has a boutique, where they sell clothes and shoes, and has an ice cream fridge. The cafe has a homey atmosphere because of its designs and furniture, which is calming. However, my experience was a bit unfulfilling. It was around lunchtime, and I wanted to order a rice meal, but the worker said I had to wait 30 minutes because they were still cooking the rice. I was a bit disappointed that I had to wait that long and the fact that it was during lunchtime and they were still cooking the rice. Later on, I realized there was only one worker who did everything in the cafe, which explains my inconvenience earlier. I hope that there will be more workers to help out the cafe to be able to improve or provide good service to the customers and that no one will be able to have the same experience I had. Despite my inconvenience, I would say that it is still a recommended coffee shop due to its multiple options for food and drinks that are budget-friendly, have a homey atmosphere, and can also shop at the boutique (if the owner is there) while waiting for your order.

They have a lot of food choices, like korean, Japanese, and Filipino food. They also have pastas and some vegetarian and vegan. The coffee late is really good and it comes with a small piece of sweet. I ordered California Maki, and it was okay.
Good wifi.
There are plenty of seats and universal outlets.
It's definitely a place to chill or work.
I'm not sure if they accept gcash and cards. I forgot to ask, so better bring cash.
They also offered take outs.
They also have toilets, and besides the cafe, they also have a beauty salon.
Overall, it's okay.
Will recommend this place.

I highly recommend cafe belle for their excellent choices of food and drinks (affordable and delectable meals!) – great customer service. Small but terrible. Y'all love to stay there for like an hour or so. One bite and you're terribly wanting it more!

Cafe Belle is cozy and quite unique. It’s not that spacious but, you can guarantee that their milk teas are very delicious.

I’d recommend WINTERMELON, MATCHA, and TARO milk teas which are their bestsellers! Their food are also delicious. The food and milk teas are very affordable as well so, you will really get more than what you are paying for.

PROS: clean, affordable, cozy, quiet

CONS: it can be very crowded on a school weekday

OVERALL, this is a place I would recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

ADDITIONAL: their tuna carbonara is the best here!! plus, spicy humba is best!!! tiramisu milktea and creamy oreo
