Beautiful views of Mt Shasta. Once the sun starts setting it gets windy.
Did an out and back gravel ride. Stopped here and enjoyed watching clouds and flocks of birds glide by while stretching out on top of the stone wall where the monument used to be.
Breathtaking views plan on doing some fall camping there this season

Absolutely beautiful views and if you camp be prepared for high winds as the sun sets.
