Unwelcoming guards. They do not allow people from San Agustin St. to pass through and to at Starbucks.

I lost a valuable Bangle/Bracelet in this Hotel but to my surprise, it was found and returned by the Hotel staff and said it was found by a Maintenance crew. I would like to thank the Managemet for this amazing/heroic act. If I have again the opportunity to come to the city, I will not hesitate to stay in this very trusted hotel. Again, BIG THANKS PO.

This is a review of the Residential part of the building. Not the Hotel which is only a few floors of the entire building. Full of Vietnamese and Chinese POGO criminals, stay away, do not rent here if you want peace and quite. We are a family with a kid and very happy that our lease ends in August.

For a mid-price, one of the best. I tried several within walking distance. I would suggest getting a high room for a bit more money. Compare total cost. Room rate and tax. Gymnasium is cramped but has excellent machines that work! Full set of barbells and dumbbells.

This place does not worth a booking. It's overpriced with poor room facilities and dirty small bathroom.
Bad and cheap noise insulation overall as you will be disturbed by the nearby guests activities also the street noise even in a high 23rd floor room.
Aircon was old and noisy and not really adjustable,hot water more like a bad joke,the bed mattress unpleasant,not relaxing,unlucky lighting choices and rude reception staff.
Location is good,however it is a costly and also bad choice that should be avoided in my opinion as you may find lots of better choices for the same cost.

Perfect place to live very quite and the staff is very nice, friendly and clean

3D&2N stay in this hotel is great, friendly and accommodating staff, well-maintained rooms, overlooking views, especially during the sunrise. Such a lovely place in the heart of the city, love the food and also accessible to any convenience store, coffee shops and malls just a little walk will do.
