They had a good selection of plants and I found what I was looking for

Recently went in and the place was disorganized, the plants didn’t look healthy, the office was filthy dirty, and the guy who apparently was running things was rude, and disinterested in me as a customer. I won’t be back.

I have been a customer at this place for years (although not every year). Now that I have spring and summer free, I plan to make the GardenShoppe my #1 go to for veggie and flower starts! Prices are great, service is friendly, and I like supporting local businesses!

I went to this shop to find some nice plants... everything but a few primroses was dead. The whole place was very unwelcoming. Three men stood off in the distance and not one person welcomed us or asked if we needed help. There were signs everywhere saying “employees only” which left us confused as to where we could walk. We practically walked in and walked out. Won’t be back.

I've come to count on the friendly staff year after year. Unbeatable price and quality! Fresh in house veggie starts can't be beat. Lovely selection of flowers too!

Love this place! All locally grown plants. The staff is always extreamly helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The prices are really good too! We make a point to buy our plants only from here!

My family has been going to the Garden Shoppe as long as I can remember. I overheard the owner basically call me an idiot. It upset me to the point that I called him out on it. He told me "sorry that I hurt your feeling, but I am a rude person". I was appalled. I will never go back again and give my money to someone with no respect for his customers. His loss...I am in the process of landscaping my 1/3 acre lot that currently has a bare slate. Not to mention I will never ever recommend his shop again to my business clients.
