As usual, every starbucks place has great customer service. Baristas are kind enough to gave me a free drink everytime I go back. Although, the temperature of AC should be maintained to 25 degrees. It gets super cold sometimes.
Second floor has a big room, people used it to do some mini meetings and rearranged the tables. it's cozy while waiting, CR is clean
We had a meeting here with a client last Tuesday. Even though I have been in this area for some time now, this is the first time I have dined here.
Since this is like another Starbucks, you cannot really compare anything. The food and the decor is the same with other branches. So let me just describe other things.
First, they have 2 levels, 1 for the kitchen, service counter, display and few tables and chairs on the ground floor. The second floor is a spacious dining area. Some lounge chairs, benches and normal dining chairs. I love the acoustics in the second floor because when we were there, even if people are noisy, the sound didn't really reverberate much. Unlike the Starbucks in most SM malls.
The major issue why I did not put 5 stars here is that when we visited, there was an unwanted water feature at the center of the cafe. The aircon was leaking a lot to the point of flowing like a waterfall. It was at the middle and they had to put a basin below it to collect the water. So it being at the middle, it welcomes the customers in a bad way.
Aside from the waterfalls, the store was quite nice. Kinda quaint but nice.

We had Caramel Macchiato and ham and cheese & Salmon Dill sandwiches 🥪 😋.
Place is almost always crowded. There is no wifi and there are just few sockets to use. Make sure to come early if you want to work/study here.
Drinks and coffee are in good quality. The staff are accomodating as well.

As an American who doesn't drink coffee or tea, the battery had plenty of options for me! Cozy little place with an upstairs lounge area. Plenty of outlets to plug into!
