We have been living here for a year since moving from the Down-under to Dubai. Initially we chose La Plage II for its location which is next to the waters as we didn't want to be surrounded by high-rise. Overtime, we realised how blessed we were to have chosen a well managed, peaceful, luxurious, private complex.
Our concierge, jilna, is such a sweet heart- when she learnt that we had 2 more months to wait for our furniture to arrive, she managed to loan us a set of sofa from a previous tenant. As tenants, we feel comfortable and safe to speak up on any issues as they get resolved and it makes a world of difference. I would give a 10 stars rating if I could!

La Plage 2 is, in our opinion, an amazing well kept secret paradise. Super high spec, intimate, quiet, a real gem of a place. We cannot fault the fabulous Jihad, Jilna and Toba, who go out of their way to make it feel like home. 5 mins to the beach, amazing rooftop pool with views, super gym, sparkling clean ... not sure we will ever leave! Thank you 🙏🏻
This is our first long term apartment rent in Dubai and we just fell in love in our first viewing. Brand new building, big kitchen, very good location, clean gym and pool, brand new barbecue.
It’s very close to Jumeirah Beach where I can run and bike almost everyday. Also not too far from Kite Beach where my husband can launch his kite surf when the wind is strong.
There are 2 amazing coffeeshops nearby (RX Apothecary and Dips Dubai), a big Union Coop hypermarket, and convenient Choitram supermarket.
Jilna and Toba from the building management are great, always available when we need and bring positive vibes all around.
It’s very close to Jumeirah Beach where I can run and bike almost everyday. Also not too far from Kite Beach where my husband can launch his kite surf when the wind is strong.
There are 2 amazing coffeeshops nearby (RX Apothecary and Dips Dubai), a big Union Coop hypermarket, and convenient Choitram supermarket.
Jilna and Toba from the building management are great, always available when we need and bring positive vibes all around.
Very nice, new building in the middle of Dubai. Construction quality is above Dubai usual standards. It is very quiet as there are no small children or pets.
Walking distance to Jumeirah beach. There are no inside rooms but not all the rooms face the street. Al Athar street is mainly quiet apart from some noise vehicles passing by from time to time.
The building has a good gym, swimming pool and car park.
The best part of this building is its “crew”, special thanks to Jilna for all the time she spent with some minor problems I had when I arrived to La Plage 2 and to Toba for his help. Both are always positive, trying to help and transmitting a good vibe.
In a nutshell, it is a good place to live in.

I've been here since July 2021. I love this place. Its a 5-6 minutes walk to Jumeirah beach, a 4 minute walk to Dubai's biggest park (Safa Park), and just an 8-10 minute drive to downtown where I work. Its also just a 15 min drive from the airport. The building is brand new with an amazing gym, steam room and a new jacuzzi and pool.
The building is very peaceful, exactly what I wanted instead of the constant noise and bustle of Marina, JBR or downtown - but still very accessible to all those areas.
Love the coffee shop across the road (RX Apothecary) where I often get a lot of work done and the general vibe of the neighbourhood, not to mention the giant mall down the road.
I need to give a special shout out to Toba & Jilna at reception and Jihad who manages the property. They've gone above and beyond for me on more occasions then I wish to admit - from managing furniture deliveries into my apartment when I'm away, to answering my questions on whatsapp as late as midnight, finding me spare keys in record time, and even finding printer cables for me in their storeroom when I was having problems printing some important docs. The good service makes a massive difference!

A great place to live in. A private environment yet very hospitable. The service is excellent with an amazing team that attends to all matters efficuently and professionally. The Manager, Mr. Jihad is a well experienced gentleman and highly professional. Both Gilna and Toba are always there to help with any issue that may arise. The building has a welcoming atmosphere in a splendid surrounding.
Normally you want to keep a secret and not spread it... I have to make an exception and tell the Dubai residents that there is indeed a secret hidden gem residence just newly built in Jumeirah 2 👍😊😉... LA plage 2... everything is fantastically fantastic... including the hospitality of the administration sales team ! Jilna will welcome you like a friend and she is so professionnal and helpful you wish you could move your luggage in straight after the visit ! I wish I could give 7 stars but I have to give 5 as per this google review system... limits me... but now you know... 7 stars for a gem. Don't share the secret....run and get your own apartment... only very few left !!!! Live the Dubai dream without the inconvenience... La plage 2. 😊👌
