There was holes in the bedroom doors from previous hangers and the stove extraction fan filter cover was missing which I didn't notice. They subtracted these from my deposit, so make sure to check for these things and notify them before moving in, or directly after. I did ask them to check previous records but this didn't help. The appartment's ventilation was poor with continuous problems with the ac air extraction fan that kept tripping. The only people that could switch it back on was maintenace which had to be cintinuously called in. Also the ac system is not connected directly from a source outside the appartment and the filters are not functional.The building has a roach problem coming from the open area in the middle of the building where most of the kitchen windows are located.

Worst and irresponsible maintenance ruining a beautiful building. The fixtures and fittings are good quality but the maintenance is so bad we have leaky roofs, smelly corridors and cockroach infested garbage disposal. Even worse that maintenance team is available ONLY for emergency maintenance and even that is below par response and performance.

Good residential building. We'll maintained. Spacious apartments with little balcony. Good quality doors and other materials inside the apartment. Access is from an internal road crossing rta registration center and exit is longer distance to the main road.
