This park is surrounded by a huge ditch and industrial buildings. There's nowhere to park, no parking signs everywhere.

Bellows Park is a somewhat unimproved Lakewood City Park of 10.6 acres. The land for the Park, owned by Cobe Laboratories and its successors from around 1967 when Cobe came to Lakewood, was eventually transferred to the City of Lakewood to be used as a park.
It is named for one of the cofounders, Ran Bellows, of the original company, Cobe Laboratories. Cobe began in Lakewood in 1967, and the manufacturing complex is now Global Headquarters of a Japanese company, Terumo BCT, which is the world's largest manufacturer of blood separation equipment.
