Situated on prime location. Wholesale market for garments, imitated jewelry and lot more. Sai mandir at backend and SV road on front. The Malad station is hardly 100 meters walking distance from rear side.
I visit this place since1984. It's a wholesale market where many items dealers r there clothes accessories bags handbags .many more things.we get retails in whole sale price
Nandan Courier is the best courier in Malad located here. I have been sending parcels and documents through them for years. Best Rates. Best Staff. Best service. Best followup. Best Owner.
In the same premises there are fake courier companies of balaji and palande courier giving fake courier receipts and stealing ur parcels by giving excuse that it is lost run by scammers called Suryakant Deogude, Jayshree Deogude & Pruthviraj Deogude. In the name of courier company, stealing parcels of customers and not giving details and refund is their main business. They dont have any franchise of any courier companies. Wont pick up ur phone after getting money. When you will argue with them then they will give typical fake excuses like defaulters of being busy, 2day, 2morrow, parcel lost, data lost, bla bla. Beware.

Good. Furniture, clothes, electronic, immitation jewellery, etc. Available at wholesale rates. Evev street food is available at gate. Tasty food specially Frankie, dosa & sandwich counters are good.

Majorly the shops are of wholesale clothing which sell twelve peices of same dress and same size in multiple of twelve. First floor has offices and second floor has Jain Temple of Fifth Tiranthkar. Rest floor are residential. Few shops are there for retail sale while road facing shops are of other business.
Has many articles available. Clothes, accessories, imitation jewellery, bangles, shoes, watches, phones,etc. A place where there are at least a hundred shops where there is wide selection. Premium and locally made goods. Has budget friend goods and a lot of sales throughout the year. Close to the station as well.
