Absolutely thrilled I found them! Not only did my dry cleaning go well,I was able to get a major alteration done in record time!

It is close by, but it is pricey and takes 4-5 business days. This place does a good job which is nice. They charge $12.50 per pants and $15.95 per sports coat. Door to door is only $7.75 each for pants and jackets. They come to your front door on Mondays and drop back off to you on Thursday which is a shorter lead time.

Have been here several times over the last few years. Very fast and service is friendly. I always quick view my garments in the store before I leave to help avoid what might have happened to Ed Parcell below. No issues for me. I understand his frustration.

This is the BEST dry cleaner in the area! As a bonus they also tailor clothing. That means that if your garment requires some stitching, a new button of even some alterations- as well as cleaning they can do it ALL! Our garments are always well cleaned and pressed. They’ve also cleaned a large comforter for me at a reasonable price. They are also very kind people, who are always eager to help. So if they can rush something for you, they will try their hardest to help you out of an jam. I recently had a tailoring emergency they helped me out of, so I am their forever customer. 5 STARS!

Wonderful cleaners. We’ve been using them for the past 4 years for work clothes and bedding. Great service! Big shout out to Cindy (part of the family who owns the business). She spent extra time unraveling the fringe at the bottom of 3 of our throw blankets. Not an easy task! She just did this on her spare time even though not required when she cleaned them. Now they look so much better in our couch. Just an example of the extra mile this locally owned business will go. Thanks Cindy!

I've been going to Stapleton Cleaners the last two years. I would recommend avoiding them. Here's why:

This morning when I went to put my shirt on, I saw that it had a 5-6 inch sewn seam in the side that was not there before (see photos). This shirt has only been cleaned at Stapleton Cleaners since it was purchased last summer, and most recently last week. My guess is that the shirt was torn when Stapleton Cleaners were cleaning it, and then it was sewn up in the hope that I wouldn't notice. I have 9 others exactly the same, so it was pretty obvious, and the shirt is now unusable.

After picking out a different shirt, I went in, showed my ruined shirt to Cindy and asked what happened. She said she didn't remember because they "have a lot of shirts". She did not offer to do anything to make the situation right. I find it unbelievable that they would pull this stunt on a regular customer. I will be looking elsewhere for dry cleaning.
