Gray Point Homes at Ladera Highpoint

Do not let them build your homes. There was so many different problems cheap quality materials poor construction cracks in the ceilings. Hopefully it won’t cave in. I did call to file a complaint about the cracks in the ceiling, but got no answer. Moved in water was running down the front of the house. The owner finally came out and questioned me about my comment. This is the worst homebuilder I have ever seen , which I had planned on it being my last home, but it seems as though I may have to build another house and they also said they were going to have a fine park and a walking trail and it’s nothing but trash strangers walk-through the community for $600 HOA fee. Nobody is even concerned about keeping the community safe and clean. Do not move to Glenn Heights and do not choose Gray Point, anybody associated with the company do not use their services

Terrible service...an hour wait for food, waitress acted liked she didn't want to be there or wanted to wait on us. She threw the tickets at us as well...SMH not going back to the one on 410 and 151!!!
