Do not buy a home through ViewHomes or their sister companies. They get you caught and ask for feedback consistently, but never do anything about your feedback. There’s truly only been one person in the two years I’ve owned this home that has been helpful with warranty repairs. ALL the departments are horrible to work with and they don’t care about you at all. Especially after they get your money. They are sneaky and slimy. Please be careful

I regret purchasing this home because 1: I paid over priced 2. The houses are too close together 3. The appliances are cheap and do not fit properly (oven), I didn’t see the HOA documents or rules until after I bought the home and it is crazy. They are based out of Florida. The neighbors run air bnbs and my other neighbor is scary and has throw a rock at my house because he was upset I did some landscaping and told the hoa on me. The windows and walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors arguing or partying. I really feel sad and stuck with this house.

Please do your due diligence before purchasing! We are going on over a year and have yet to get warranty work complete that was initially brought up when we moved in. We’ve had more warranty request in this home compared to our Dr Horton home (sad to say the least). The lack of communication is quite baffling. No one is ever on the same page or on time! This home has been nothing more than a headache!

These homes aren’t nothing special. Their decent. Just a notch up from Lennar. Some of the handyman vendors are trash. Been having some drainage issues going on that was brought up during the homeowner walk. I’ve mentioned it probably like 5 times within the last year. Still got a bedroom door inside that isn’t latching close and was missed last year when the handymen came by. On top of that the floors creak like crazy. For the fix all they did was drill in a bunch of star bit screws that now pop up through the carpet. The tile in the master bathroom was done sloppy. But hey, you get what you pay for. Much respect for Daniel Munson who definitely gets ish done but can’t say the same for everyone else.

View Homes was great to work with especially the Sales Manager, Roger! He was extremely helpful and responsive. We made this purchase out of state and it went pretty seamlessly. We love our new home.

First and and foremost, this home buying experience was soooo much smoother than my first. Barely a month back from deployment and Enrique helped me get under contract on my home. He always worked with my schedule and was all communicative and there to assist. The materials and build of the home says how much pride View Homes has in their homes. Thank you again Enrique!

As a First time home owner I feel like View Homes were a God Send. More-so working with Dawn Davila! The process was nerve wrecking because I was traveling from Hawaii (Military Spouse) to purchase our forever home as my kids call it. I looked at 70+ homes in a week and no matter what my home stayed at the top of my list. Dawn worked hard for me, answered all my questions and when she wasn’t sure she got me an answer. She never lied to me and everything that she promised me she made good on her word! I never felt like she was trying to sell me or pressure me. She listened to all my needs and concerns and executed efficiently. I would recommend View Homes (Dawn especially) to anyone and everyone and have thus far. This is the biggest purchase that some will make in their entire lives not to mention the place that a large portion of your monthly income goes to. The decision is delicate, and it was so refreshing to have someone who knew the importance of it and cared about me and my family as much as I do. I truly felt that she wanted the best for us even if it wasn’t with her. I liked doing business with someone who cares and not just treat me like a number or walking commission!
