The spa is nice, they are very attentive to details and especially to the final feedback form when we left, at the point that they gave us a small gift only because of small thing happen but not big deal

I had experienced with one of their signature treatment menu on 17 August and love their services. I arrived at 10:00am and took around 5 minutest everything were ready. Staff take good care for all process. The therapist is professional and really polite. My treatment start with body scrub and follow by body oil massage. And then milky bath. Totally 2 hours and I really like this menu. And I had recommended to my friends.

Great spa package. I took the spa prestige package. The massage was great, staff were friendly and the food was good. I love the soup after a relaxed spa. The facial was ok but the shower was erratic - the water turned cold and warm as it pleases. But the experience was still good and relaxing.

The spa experience is superb and is very relaxing, the environment is also very ambient and the therapist is also very experienced and makes sure you get the best and most comfortable experience, totally worths it! :)

The environment is quite ambienet, very clean and comfortable. Therapists are very experienced. We had a great time spending here!

I went for two sessions, one night time (quite eerie,very quiet neighborhood) and one day time. Both served by Lak, she is really good and knows where are the acupoints to apply the appropriate pressure, very detailed and full of dedication to her work even when doing the foot cleaning.

Most importantly i think divana's packages and cost really make it worthwhile for clients to come. The service is top notch, and you feel like a royal before and after service, hope all the other therapist are also as good. Will highly reccomend.

4-5 parking spaces but no security guard to help you with parking, which could be challenging if you are the last car entering because the opening relative small is.
Mrs.Noi who is my massager today is extraordinary professional and friendly. I highly recommend her.
There are 2 sections of the spa. The new villa has waterfall and you can request the room. My tip is you like to hear water falling is Champa room.
My experience is relaxing and calm. This is my second time visiting Divana spa (different branch) and I will keep coming back.

I have been to Bangkok three times now, and after experiencing both DIVANA and Oasis, two of the more upscale SPAs in Bangkok, each for more than three times, I have made my comparison and definitely would choose DIVANA. Apart from the very good basic facilities, service, and attitude, the main reason is their masseuses are very professional in terms of strength control and techniques, and they do not make one feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the ambient music is not too loud, and the snacks provided before and after the service are very delicate. Every detail is well taken care of. This place is definitely a comfortable and relaxing space. I think I will continue to come here for SPA treatments. Their service is worth the price.
