Just visited Panda Bakery and wow, these milk and pandan tarts are to die for! The milk tarts are so smooth and just the right amount of sweet, while the pandan tarts bring a delightful twist with their unique flavor and eye-catching color. My kids absolutely adored them and have already asked when we're going back. The pastries are fresh, with the most deliciously flaky crusts. A true treat for the taste buds.
