Waited over an hour for food (wasn't informed of any wait when ordering). When food finally arrived, my steak was more well done rather than medium rare as ordered. Staff were friendly but some were inexperienced.
Ended up with no meal (although it was taken off the bill, the damage was already done as it spoiled my evening).

Food was as expected for a family orientated chain restaurant. The service however was not. We booked for 6.30pm & upon arrival were told there would be a delay of upto 1.5hrs for food. Upon sitting down it didn't look overly busy so assumed that starters would arrive before then particularly as they were simple items that just needed a quick dip in a deep fat fryer. They didn't arrive until just over 1.5hrs though & yet they were still seating customers even though it was clear they were not coping. Our server was lovely & remained polite despite the increasing number of irrate customers. I think the manager should have stopped seating people, converted to a reduced menu or rung people in advance to allow them to make other arrangements instead. Not very impressed.
Great evening at the Collingtree yesterday. 4 of us visiting as 2 were moving to the area and it was the nearest pub. Didn’t book but they managed to find us a table - although did warn us it was 1.5 hour wait for food. Very busy in both the bar and restaurant area. Excellent service given how busy it was and food was great. Big thanks to Loz for all her advice re ordering, using the App, loyalty points etc - a great asset to the pub! We will definitely be back!
Absolutely fantastic. I got my order, let's say "wrong" and Ashlie, Lily, Carey, Chef Luke and Chef Sam were all phenomenal. They all smashed it!

I attended a Drag Night last Friday, what a fantastic evening! We were seated and greeted by Sam and Lily and they looked after all of our drinks and meals throughout the evening, Luke and Michael prepared the meals for everyone which were delicious, excellent service from all of the staff thank you!
Lily, Jess, Caitlin and the rest of team at the Collingtree, are absolutely brilliant. So friendly, welcoming and attentive.
Visited for my mother's 80th birthday meal, and it was lovely. The staff had set up the table by the window, and put a happy birthday banner up. Food order was done quickly and our meals were quick to arrive. The meals were all very tasty and the staff were attentive. They even bought out the cake I'd got for my mum, and sang happy birthday to her. All in all, it was a lovely afternoon.
