Very good service from the staff there. The guy helped me to cellophane my parcel nicely and handled it gently. Very friendly and clarify my question. Very smooth process. Price wise, 38.30 for 10kg parcel.

Parcel trowing outside of front gate, no contact receiver, Parcel are unboxing, item are damage, call customer service no unswer at all. Bad EXPERIENCE!

Went to collect a parcel there recently - it took them 15-20 minutes to locate the parcel. Not sure whether their warehouse is too big or they misplaced my parcel.... whatever the reason, 15-20 minutes was a long wait by all means.
If you go there to collect your parcel - drive to the last gate where the collection counter is. Make sure you park your car properly because the area is an industrial area with many heavy vehicles passing through.

Bad service ever. It don't even worth 1 star also. I check my track number online it shows delivered at 10:05am, but until 1pm I didn't even saw a people come to my house. When call them and tell them the case, they said they parcel already received by a guy and I tell them I didn't ever know this guy also. So, they tell me will check for me and call back and until now 2 days already they didn't ever want to call back and when I call back they keep give me same reason will check this check that. So, do you want me go to your brunch to shout for my parcel?
I feel like their customer service hang up your call on purpose. my parcel has been out for delivery for the 2nd day. it is 3:30pm in the afternoon already and still I haven't receive any phone call regarding the parcel.
