First time trying any kind of food chain in the Netherlands, and it became a daily routine to grab a sandwich here!

Definitely recommended!

The food is good, the place is often crowded outside though, and people do not make an effort to move out of the way. Three stars because I had ordered two times on two different days and they forgot one item every time. Please read your receipts :)

Really interesting concept, Broodje ben gives you the ingredients individually packed so you can make the sandwich yourself. Something you can't do at home and truly the experience I want from ordered food.

I've eaten here like three or four times and it was fine until the last time where they gave me the Ingredients separately???!!! I didn't notice until after I got home.

Good choice of warm and cold sandwiches which were served in a prompt and well presented manner. The food was really good on my first visit and they even had milk for my dog. Best of all was the amazing customer service that I received. The lady behind the counter walked all the way back with me to my doorstep since I had a lot of stuff and a dog. I would give 6 stars just for that alone. I would definitely go back there again soon. Keep up the fab work!! :)

Bought a sandwich, sandwich was dry and without any sauce. Was so disappointed in the sandwich I actually decided to go back and ask for my money back. He refused to give me my money back. He was insulting, yelled at me, and was happy to take my money without giving me a good sandwich.

Bad sandwiches with poor service. Avoid if you can.

Really good and fresh sandwiches, fairly priced. My personal favorite is smoked chicken with extra ham and veal, with honey mustard sauce and peppadews. Truly amazing.

This is the third time Im ordering from this place. I like their sandwiches, but they take more than an hour to get delivered, although they say max 40 min. They charge 2,50 for delivery and they never deliver on time...
