Ordered online for delivery. Delivery tracker says will be delivered by 6:08. I called at 6:20, clerk tells me it's sitting in the warmer since 6:08. I ask if anyone is going to deliver. She said she guessed so. Called again at 6:50, still in the warmer but she talked to a driver who said he guessed he could take it. I told her I wanted the pizzas remade. They've been sitting too long. She said they would, but at 7:06 cold pizza was delivered. Won't eat here again.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restroom was clean and has been remodeled fairly recently compared to the picture that was posted here some time ago. The pizza is the same as any other Pizza Hut but the vibe is definitely better than the new ones. I would love to see a juke box and a few arcade games but other then that it was perfect!

We were super excited to visit a Pizza Hut of old and remember how great the chain was back in the day. The classic concept kinda works, but you can tell whoever is running this location never experienced it first hand. The outside of the building has the classic look, but the inside just misses the mark. Sure, they've got the classic red cups, booths, and the "stained glass" style lights, but that's where it ends. The inside is kinda empty and dull. There's no corner booths, no salad bar, no fireplace, no jukebox, and no video games. The food was decent, just like any other Pizza Hut express down the street. The service was good, the two guys working were nice, prompt with the food, and helpful. Overall, visiting is worth the stop if you're in the area for wine or other stuff, but don't make the trek for Pizza Hut alone, you'll be disappointed.

Ordered two of the Melts and an order of cheese sticks for dine in the young lady taking order said it would take about 15 minutes, at 40 minutes we could not wait any longer so ask for our money back and refused to refund so had to wait another 15 minutes and than didn't get the cheese sticks had to ask for them. Than had to ask for the dipping sauce. Also while waiting to get our order two ladies said they waited one hour to get two personal pan pizzas. This is totally unacceptable service, it will be a long time before we go back to a Pizza Hut but I will go talk to the manager after she gets back from her vacation that's what I was told by the man that refused to refund our money without the managers okay. It seems like they only want to take care of the call in orders and not service the dine in customers.

Stuffed crust pizza delicious. Employee very kind and helpful. Plates were not clean though. Thanks for having us in your restaurant.

For many of us who grew up in the 70s and 80s, Pizza Hut holds many memories. It was a place where friends and family met without the distraction of cel phones and the rush to pickup a to-go order. Pizza, coin operated video games and the excitement of it all was an event, not just a place.I traveled an hour to Pizza Hut because the Fredericksburg location is one of only about 20 Pizza Hut Classics. Pizza Hut Classic is a location with the classic architecture restored with vintage styled interior design. Before entering the building, a sign explains the Pizza Hut Classic as a celebration to their heritage. The dining room brings back in focus many childhood memories. The staff was limited but very personable. It had been years since I had been to Pizza Hut but the food was as I remembered it. I enjoyed it a lot more than expected. As I write this, I’m surprised that I am hungry for the flavor beyond nostalgia. I had the meat lover’s pizza. The sausage was particularly good, as were the crisp and chewy crust and pizza sauce. I would probably ask for extra sauce if I make the trip again. Some of the details of the celebration of heritage prevent a great experience from being excellent. They may seem trivial. But it is nostalgia that moved me to go to Pizza Hut after not having been for at least 20 years. It is the details that prevent it from being as immersive as it could be. I would love to see a coin operated vintage game, a reproduction is fine. The classic plastic red cups were replaced by contemporary cups. The carpet was a very utilitarian choice. I don’t remember the original carpet but there are probably a lot of better choices. I would love to see a vintage style menu. In all fairness, they may have them. The only menu they had at this location had been stolen almost 2 months ago on Halloween night. I was disappointed to see TVs on the walls but it is a detail that I understand. Over all, I highly recommend stopping in.

They were advertising the Detroit style pizza and I got it with Pepperoni! My Friend got the Personal Pan style with Bell pepper and mushrooms. 💚
It was made to order and we took it to our Air bnb with a bottle of Orange Crush soda.
Spent $27 all in all. Really delicious!😋
