Thanks to Lorena, Carolina Chase's manager does so much for the community and the residents, she treats them with love.

Way too over price. 1200$ for a 1 bedroom apartment with minimal space. 1800 for 2 bedrooms , constantly raising prices , and coming up with dumb ways to get money from resident such as fake lease violation, you are not allow to have anything in your porch because if not you get a fine. Poor management and angry receptionist , in 4 years living here I've seen 7 differ secretaries and 4 different managers . Take weeks to solve issues in your apartments such as broken ac or clog sink. Trash everywhere the guys that are suppose to clean up do anything but clean up.

Visited this facility and I am very pleased. I spoke with Lorena in the office, and she was very kind and respectful.

In the last months as resident we all have notice that office staff have changed constantly, this last week the new manager and the new staff have done an amazing job, 👏 lorena and the rest of her new staff are a keeper crew,hope she brings hope for us here.

I use to live here growing up and, I remember going to the pool and hanging out at the playground. Things change so much but, the last time i was there I saw the place falling apart. My aunt living there at the time was living in a studio place and I felt like the stairs were going to break anytime soon and, poor plumbing.

I used to live here back in the day and it’s changed so much. At least from what I see on the pics. Whenever I lived there it was a good place, idk about now but I do see they no longer have the clubhouse for kids.
