This has been my studio since 2011. It is like a second home to me. I love making work here. I notice that there are people making work nearly all hours, and yet it is still quiet enough. I love the eucalyptus trees as they move in the breeze in the parking lot right outside my roll up door, and I love that there are all sorts of different kinds of work being done here.

I've been a tenant for many years at 1019 West Artist Studios and very happy with the complex and management.

Place is fantastic. An island oasis of creative activity perfectly situated on the west side of exploding Inglewood. Next door to the popular Three Weavers Brewers complex. A former historical Volkswagen auto dealership (?) turned into 30 plus studios with some world renowned established and emerging professional artists. Not open to the public unless for an open studios event (Inglewood has one each year in November) or for high end collectors.

The guy seemed out of it, sweaty, just on one. And his art isn't too good
