Liverpool City Council

Been on hold for over an hour for multiple times - issue still not resolved. Almost impossible to get in touch with, however the invoices and payment reminders are still arriving over a charge we don't think we are eligible for. Fearing I'm going to have to let this get to the courts to resolve.

Take note how a council can turn a small parking fine into a £480 fine, why are you skint ?

Waited for 1hr 38 mins to speak to someone still no luck, worst council to get through. Very poor service.

No Option for ZERO STAR. I have been BULLIED by nearly every single staff in the housing department, one of them being the head manager names being "Derek". They will bully you and emotionally abuse you until you have to stop seeking help from them. NO ONE FROM THIS COUNCIL HELPS. They make you more miserable and depressed. This is not first time i heard from the council. Now it is nearly 2025 I still get abusing and racist behaviour from the staff. No wonder why many people are disappointed and don't like visit the Council.
This has been Happening since 2016 until now.

They say at the start of the call "respect is given by their staff" but I just got told by a staff member called Colin.. "what do you want me to do about it" when asking why I wasnt made aware of specialist schools for my disabled child.

Horrible currupt money grabbing council, will not let me challenge a parking dine where i clearly payed and displayed. Spoke to the rudest agent ever offered no help. The parking officers must be on commision i will see you dirty acum in court

Incompetent, rude, and useless. They have just wasted loads of taxpayer's money putting up bollards by me which has only served to worsen the traffic congestion in the area.
Is Derek Hatton still handing out the contracts. Vote Conservative and get rid of these lefties.
It's strange to see all the complaints here from you people who have voted this lot in. Its your own fault.Vote them out next time. I bet you won't. You moan about them but you keep voting them into power.

They don't collect the bins every second time. .
Many staff are lazy, rude and totally incompetent. This is typical of Labour councils.
Vote Conservative and kick out the looney left at all costs.
Corruption is alive and well in Liverpool and can be seen at every turn. The streets around here have ankle deep litter , broken glass everywhere and the whiff of cannabis in the air. Sums it all up. Urban decay and desolation prevails.
Most of the blame lies with the corruption of the local Labour Council. Derek Hatton would be proud that you are carrying on his legacy. End corruption now - vote them out.
