Tri star is worst broker non reliable and untrue people,
Once you pay them security deposit and brokerage, they handover you the apartment in bad condition though they agree orally but if you don't have it written on paper they have upper hand.
They will stop receiving your calls and ignore your mails and whatsapps.
They will never return you deposit and just tell you its with owner which they are lying,as major owners are pakistan nationals they only manage their properties.
I would urge every tri star client to share their experiences here so no one gets trapped in their Buttery Words and Regret Later.

They're perfect at what they do, and they were there for me every step of the way when I was renting my home. They're friendly and easy to talk to, and they really helped me find the perfect place.
Please do not get any service from this company !! They are not following the agreements and the terms. Remember that when you have an issue you will never reach them. I have rented Candacia Acacia Hotel Apartments property no 315 for 1 month( 19 April 2023-18 May 2023). I have made the agreement with them and made the payment to the agency company. They confirmed everything and inform me that I will receive my refund deposit after 7 days. They did not refund my deposit since now almost 3 months. They do not answer my calls and messages and forward me to landlord who is not answers my call. They are not a good company. You should avoid to work with them
Worst Real estate experience ever. Even the senior management doesn't care nor anyone is going to resolve issues. They take the money and give you apartment with issues and force you to live and won't return your security deposits. Contacted the agent and being unresponsive, even the office people are all same. Never use their services.

Terrible real estate agency I do not recommend Tri star and Bonjour homes to whoever is seeking an apt for rent in Al furjan or Discovery Gardens. I rented an apartment from the listing shared by Tri star real estate and then the agent 'Kiran' reffered us to Mr Usman from company called "Bonjour Homes".
Also Ms Kiran got quite rude when it was the first day she came to take commission which wasn't even decided and she even referred us to another agent from another company. And apparently they both (brother 'Mr Usman' and sister 'Kiran') speak rudely and in unprofessional manner with if you are leaving and beg to them to return your deposit.
We didn't view the apartment prior to handover because the agents assured us it was brand new and absolutely fine, saying the previous tenants were either out or busy. The day we moved in was the same day we first saw the apartment; it wasn't clean, and the bed mattress wasn't covered. Later, we discovered that the apt had bed bugs, and we had to have pest control services performed.
Also the owner would always text me asking for the rent to be paid two or three days early for her personal reasons and I have used to do that thinking of her as a nice person.
One month before the last, I made a decision to return to my home country. I informed the agent and the owner one month prior to the last according to the contract that they are welcome to view the apartment at any time and bring new tenants which they did.
For our deposit return, the agent insisted that we need not to be concerned and that he would make every effort to secure our security even if he has to pay from his own pocket because he was the one we got the apt through. The agent knew we had our flight the same day we will handover the keys so he showed up on the final day of handover and kept making pathetic excuses about deposit return. However, after arguing with him for a while he responded by promising to send the money in three days.
After that he has stopped responding, and now that several days have passed I've even texted him that if 'he doesn't responds I'll take legal action against him and the owner' which according to him is 'unprofessional behavior from my side' because talking about legal action or my tenant rights is unprofessional and not right. So kindly stay away from such scammers and such scam agencies in UAE because they would never take any responsibility of anything but would love to take agents fee and agency fees.
