Seen many buildings in JVC, but this is far one of the best community: amazing quality, and great maintanance. Big pool and proper gym. They have basketball court and play area. Many parks closeby, easy access to main roads. Spacious apartments with quality finishes. Shops, coffees around the building.

The building seems to be old, but apartment we rented is fully renovated with new appliances and freshly painted walls. Nearby is a construction, but they don't work during the night and noise isolation in the apartment works just fine. Building is not very high (only 3 floors). 1-bed apartment is rather big. Price-value parameter is very attractive.
