It is very bad and has a lot of insects

This is one for the worst places you can stay in, the maintenance, the cleaning and the management are very disappointing, I had water drop heavily from the ceiling and roof, it created holes on the roof side, which sadly helped rates to show up in mu flat. Seriously I don't advise anyone to get a flat in this building

a week is not complete without water interruption.. beware

Worst place to live, very noisy and require lot of maintenance work

Very noisy construction next building 24hrs. Very dirty surroundings

Incompleted works but already apartments given for rent. Many construction snag not done and dirty. Mosquito and flies always irritated. Always noisy inside apartment and in the corridor because of fire alarm and smoke detectors. Construction noise also at day and night. Swimming pool and Gym not ready. Dim lights and loose fittings. Uncomfortable bathroom. There's no gas connection. Noisy and dirty Ac. There's no ventilation/air circulation at basements which make us sweat before reaching to the car. There is no proper response from the real estate agency after tenancy agreement. DB cover fell down and no one fixed even one month already. No security at night.
