SCAMMERS. Stay away from them ! My “Agent” was Rana Nisar, I purchased a property with sapient homes, and unfortunately now there’s nothing I can do about it but to warn anyone who’s considering them. At first you’ll think they’re helpful and have your best interest at heart…UNTIL. You realize you got scammed over 30K. Especially if you don’t know much about real estate or the contracts details and closes and you’re a beginner. When a realtor is supposed to negotiate a deal for their client they lie about the actual price and increase. Unethical behavior, unprofessional and definitely money hungry, your time will come. Never again!
