Parked here last weekend (9th till 11th of August 2024) A great car park, felt confident leaving the car there. Safe place, tidy car park. I pre booked and it was much cheaper doing this than paying there. I would recommend pre booking. I’m not quite sure how they reserve a spot if anyone can park there. But the car park was never full and we always got a space. 9/10 I would definitely park here again.

Paid for parking and received an email confirming this as it came out of my bank statement, yet they have the audacity to charge a parking fee. I sent them the evidence of their error and they're still trying to charge me. Avoid like it's covid
Paying in advance through Just Park App does not guarantee you space, unfortunately. Don't make this mistake if you don't want to arrive and find no available parking spaces and pay again in different parking.
Do not park here. Like others, we booked to park here with JustPark and only parked within the booked times. The car park operator has now sent us a fine in the post, appalling behaviour.
Paid for parking using JustPark but I’ve just received a parking fine in the post. Clearly the app and RCP don’t communicate effectively. Waste of time and I now have to challenge the PCN myself.
I've read many negative reviews on this car park, however personally I haven't had any issues so far. This car park is busy most of the time as it's at a good location (5mins walk to restaurants/cinema/shopping centre).
I use the mobile app to pay for car park. It's dead easy to use and I receive txt messages with the time and date I parked my car. The system also sends reminders as well before the parking session expires. Session can be extended via the app (while sitting in the cinema e.g.) or over the phone.
Downside is that the hourly price has been increased several times in the past 1-2yrs. From £1.50 it increased to £3 per hour. I guess it's related to the aims of Manchester City Council who works on their 'clean air policy' and wants people to use public transport instead of cars.
