I came for a concert and had a good time. I read reviews before I went so I didnt arrive until 11:30pm and concert started at midnight. There's no parking but I came in an Uber so was fine for me. There did appear to be one line for all, after standing there for 5 min I learned if I was able to bypass the line if I already had tickets. I had purchased a VIP ticket so I went as close to the stage as possible and stayed there til showtime. You must get VIP to be in the same room as the artist. That extra $10-$15 for VIP is worth it. When artist arrived it got cramped pretty quickly. It does get super hot so be prepared to sweat. I didnt buy any drinks or use their bathroom. There were puddles of drinks all over the floor, empty beer cans, and empty cups. The place got pretty trashed by the end of the night. Overall I had a positive experience. Everyone had a good time, no fights.

Went there for a concert advertised to open doors at 9p, but it did not start until about 11:30p. Based on other comments, eems to be the norm in this place - plan accordingly.
They divide the place in 2 sections, VIP and regular. If you want to be and feel part of the concert, you must buy VIP, otherwise you'll just be behind a bar watching others enjoying the show.

The music before the concert was ok, but the DJ mixes were a disaster. Maybe someone was being trained then.

Prices are normal for a nightclub, $5 soda, ~$10 alcohol.

We are very unlikely to come back.

I want to begin saying this is NOT a recommended place to attend a concert, at least if you want to enjoy it without being tired for waiting 2.5 hours standing, if you like to drink a lot and listen to loud horrible music while waiting, this is your place.
The singer which in this case it was Alex Ubago performed really really great, the wait denifitely was worth it, but the place is just bad, first they don’t have good logistics as they make just one line for the entrance even if you buy VIP which it sucks, and then…. Which is why I am giving them 1 star they state event begins at 9, the event begins at damn 11:30, I think is a scam so you spend money on drinks while waiting, horrible place, never coming. This place just sucks…

It's the worst place to see a concert. You have to wait two hours for the concert to start. Even though I paid for the VIP, I didn't get a seat. My body hurt so badly that I didn't enjoy the concert. The place is dirty. Very stuffy.

Really bad experience, I went to listen Alex Ubago, although the ticket says 9pm, he started at 11.30pm. Now, that I am checking other reviewes it seems this is the usual thing to do. I suggest you mentioned 9am open doors and concert starts at 11.30pm. I WOULD NOT BUY that concert if I would know.
We had to leave the concert bf it ends only for one hour… very unpleasant surprise!

Worst experience. Went to see a band. The event was advertised for 9pm time. Band didn't show till 12am and played for an hour. Everything is way overpriced. There is nowhere to sit unless u buy a bottle. Ventilation was definitely a problem and to top it off servers drop drink in dance floor. No one ever cleaned it up.

We ordered two tequila shots, and they charged us $400. How is that possible,
The shots were the only drinks we had all night, and we were so bad that the next day, I went to the hospital, and they said that they put some drugs in the drink.
I have never done drugs in my whole life.
Please, if someone goes there, be careful.
