"I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Heat Ultra Club, and I must say it was nothing short of disappointing. The tables at the venue are not securely fixed, which led to a table collision and spilled drinks at an adjoining table. The security staff's response to the situation was shockingly inadequate – they demanded that I pay for the other table's drinks as if I were responsible for the incident. When I declined to do so, their power trip escalated, and my friends and I were rudely thrown out. The complete lack of professionalism and customer care was appalling. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment until they address their safety measures and staff behavior."
Posting the photo from my yelp review considering the owner is calling me a liar for my honest review of rude service received at the establishment. Below is my honest review:
I've frequented this bar/restaurant over the years and the service has just gotten worse and worse. Servers have no courtesy or common manners. Told the host we wanted just drinks and apps, not a problem with them and then proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for a table on a Thursday evening. Ordered calamari as we decided on a round of drinks, when the app came out our server Jackie (with an extreme attitude) told us we HAD to order meals in order to sit in their restaurant. We responded by saying the host told us it was fine to get drinks and apps. She then said no that's not acceptable and came over to drop the check immediately after, even though we were about to order a round of drinks. She then proceeded to walk by staring at our table with another server laughing and watching us. Very immature and inappropriate service. I totally understand if there is a restaurant policy, but that should be stated up front before having a party wait and without an attitude.

When you arrive at the restaurant you have to pay 30$ for a voucher/parking which you can use for paying your food. Someone brought us to our table and we waited almost 20min until someone came to take our order.

Great staff except for the Manager (Michelangelo) who had absolutely no judgment and killed our experience. After spending a couple of hours on the outside deck with our dog and spending a few hundred dollars in food and clothing, the Manager told us that we had to leave immediately on account of us having a dog and the outdoor deck was closed. Eventhough the staff offered a last call, the Manager came around to tell us that we couldn't pursue our evening outside or have a last call because the deck was closed. He said 'if we do it for you then we have to do it for everyone else', meanwhile we were the only customers left on the deck!
Music was great, went on a Saturday night. Girls were free entry!

Food is mid, no ventilation inside so it’s so hot and humid and obviously outrageous prices. They LITERALLY serve you with paper plates and cups and plastic forks. For being near the beach and charging so much they should AT LEAST get some real plates and cutlery. Oh, and there was a hair in my fish sandwich. So disgusting, but they were happy to make a new one at least. Please make your cooks wear hair nets. Thanks
Worst club. The bartenders were women and were so rude to us. They treat men much better than women. When we wanted to order drinks, they kept ignoring us and helping the men around us.

Don't ask to be seated at an actual table if you're just having drinks and appetizers. For that you have to have full meals for everyone. So the "just drinks and apps" folks are relegated to relatively small SRO bar area.

You have to wait in the queue for long time to get in. There is a Fast queue and a regular queue definitely with a cover charge difference. And don’t get surprise when you find that the cover charge got increased on the fly for regular queue as well.
My fiancé and I hosted our joint bachelor/bachelorette night at Vue and we’re happy we did! Booking was easy, the service was great and it was overall an extremely fun night for us and our friends. Big thank you to Tea the VIP host who helped us get settled in at our tables and Tracey our bottle girl who was constantly checking up on our table and making sure we were all good throughout the night. We appreciate everything!
Fun casual atmosphere. Great casual seafood (shrimp tacos). But: there’s no view except maybe a little from the bar, parking is very hard to get, it’s not fine dining and more like a fun bar with good food.

While getting to the restaurant was challenging the food was great. I had to park up the street at the beach parking and pay $30 to park. It is a cool beach atmosphere and a very popular restaurant. My kids loved going down to the beach and saw some seal’s swimming in the water. Staff was quick and friendly. It is exactly what you picture for a beach restaurant.
There’s a reason you can’t review this bar on Facebook. Your Wednesday night bartender has ZERO personality and charges whatever he wants depending on the person. My husband was charged $8 for a drink and I was charged $20 for one. As someone who works in the service industry business I still tipped as annoyed as I was but I will never step foot into this bar again. You people need to do better. Avoid this bar! I’ll never go back.
If you don't want to feel discriminated against, don't visit this place. They refused me entry because of my Cuban passport that is still valid. They only admit you if you have a US ID, which doesn't make sense when the only goal is to verify that you are of legal age. But after reading so many reviews about theft of wallets, cellphone and other cases like mine, I am grateful that it was so because I spent a spectacular night in another place.
DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The vibe is addictive. You've been warned. You'll fall in love and forget about any other place in NYC ❤️
Definitely lived up to the hype! We stopped here for lunch on the way up to Provincetown. We arrived right before it opened, and people were already lined up to get in. We were charged $30 for parking, but then given a voucher to put that $30 towards our meal. We were seated immediately and the food came out fast. Everything was delicious - the oysters, lobster roll and fish and chips were all very tasty. It was nice to be able to sit outside and then walk over to the beach after our meal. I would highly recommend it!
Drove an hour to get here for my friends birthday. Took a patty bus to get here just to see they are temporarily closed. Very disappointed. Stuck at the cantina.
Horrible experience, they didn’t let me in because of my Colombian passport. The weird thing is that I entered 2 months ago to the club with the same passport but I was with an American guy. What is this about? Money, xenofobia?

Came here on Saturday for one hour. Got one drink and was overcharged 368$ to my account that I never signed. Currently waiting for them to contact me back as I have left voicemails and contacted my bank. Hoping this was a genuine mistake of the bartender or system. Will update if they ever contact me back. WATCH For card mishandling!!!
Not disability friendly. My gf and a couple of friends came here one night and bouncer demanded my gf give up her seat even though she’s disabled asking her to prove her disability. He proceeded to take the chair and came back 10 min later telling us we could sit on some odd surface that was not meant for seating and hard to sit on. Other seating that was available was blocked off and reserved even though no one came all night. Not ADA compliant at all.
Let me preface this review by saying three things:
A) I’m experienced in buying tables for the past 4 years in many states across the US. I am lucky to be in a position to enjoy the scene.
B) The bottle service girls taking care of my party were amazing and deserve every bit of tip they receive. They worked hard to ensure the errors in our service were corrected. Blossom was especially notable in trying to correct Vue Lounge’s horrible experience.
C) I chose this evening to celebrate my birthday.
Now onto the bad:
Absolutely the WORST table experience I’ve ever had. Although prices were reasonable (~$1500 after tax and gratuity for 3 bottles), the “VIP” experience was nonexistent. Throughout the entire night we had random people from the crowd standing in the VIP area, pushing into our section, using our seats to store their belongings, removing the rope, threatening to fight us for asking for space, and SPILLING a row of shots from a $350 bottle of liquor. All because there was no bouncer watching the roped off VIP area (which is the first club I’ve seen that has had this lack of care for higher paying clients) that we requested multiple times throughout the night. Most of our table left early since we were tired of being pushed around and having people completely disregard our space we paid for, even though we were prepared to buy bottles the entire night. Management’s only solution was to offer us to buy the table next to us that they were unable to sell for $500 instead of the normal $1000 minimum. I offered $300 on the spot. With just over an hour left in the night they decided they want to accept $300 but at that point most of us had already left, feeling disrespected.
Ultimately, good working staff but horrible set up. Save your money from the table and just enjoy the night elsewhere. They’ve lost me as a repeat client for table service. Attached is a photo of our great “VIP area” being imposed on the entire evening (which shows a bunch of randoms pushing back the rope and standing in the VIP area).

I’ve been to underground for many years, since the beginning, the early days. Obviously have not been there in years as the scene has changed, I no longer frequent “lounges” like this as it not a preference any longer. Recently as my cousin was visiting from overseas, we decided to take a quick couple drinks. It still seems to be a decent venue, music was great as always. However, I was really set off when I gave my credit card and id for a drink and without my approval, the bartender took it to a copy machine right by the bar and start it d to take a copy of my ID….without any consent! Was I seeing things? Haha I asked if they were copying my id and nonchalantly she replied “ummm, yes” like this was normal business practice. I think someone needs to update Underground on compliance with privacy laws, violation of privacy rights and protection, storage and compliance of a persons private information. As a business establishment in the present era we live in, it’s an obvious miss in considerations of someone’s privacy.
Goth night is always a vibe !! Always a good time and music always on point.
Hopefully this place never opens again. The worst place ever, over charged, assaults by bouncers on men and women. Extremely over charged and dirty. No surprise they went bankrupt.

He also had his passport just in case of something like this happening and we still got treated disrespectfully. They play Latino/International music put deny the entry to us ??? Showed up yesterday night to not be allowed cause I do have a foreign passport, the only thing you need to check is the age not the nationality. Never had this issue before, glad that It didn’t work out cause I had fun few blocks away anyway being respected!!

I used to go to this bar when I'm in NYC (since 2008), but now this bar is pretty "has been", sorry. He remained frozen in time, but for the wrong reasons. I'm actually quite disappointed with the Village now. Hell's Kitchen or even Williamburg is much nicer.
Fun place with 90s r & b and hip hop. venue is fairly large and highly recommend getting a table as this place gets crowded. Lines can be really long and Uber drop off can be confusing. Just follow the signs. Great vibes, service and fun night overnight. No one in my party got pickpocketed
Very friendly service and security guards charming. Affordable prices. Nice bartenders. I really enjoyed the piano performances. Basement average but again, people are very nice and that scores.
I loved the setting but sadly my drink tasted like medicine and the dj didn’t play any Nicki Minaj 😅

I love monster. I have been here though the years and have never had an issue. The bartenders could use a change in attitude in general. Most of them at least. But the entertainment is on point. I loved the gogo dancers and the piano on top.

Music and vibes are good but the food is horrible. The wings look like they boiled it and then threw seasoning on top. My whole table sent back their wings. And the lady at the bar just kept saying they were fully cooked lol wish I took a pic. But we got our money back anyway. The fries were soggy as well.
It’s a shame we have to state this obvious fact of inclusivity within our very own community . For years we have fought to seek Justice of equal rights , within our own parameters to the very world that has always hated and discriminated us for simply existing , there’s always been a space of love serving our very own . Unfortunately I cannot say the same for this place any longer. Based on the discriminatory acts towards me and my friends from abroad ( Latin America ) . We no longer feel like this is a truly all inclusive welcoming place for queer people of color and will be looking elsewhere to bring future queer and trans people for bar recommendations . Perhaps if my friends were from Europe like the bouncer said they might let me in. So that’s where my business will be taken. Two stars because they used to let us and our group did enjoy the food and drinks in before rather the new bouncers are off their limits.
I’m not one for clubbing but when we celebrated my sister best friend’s birthday here, I must say that I couldn’t be more proud of my brother for throwing her something so special, exciting, and grand!! We had our own private section on the second floor up top, and all the staff that helped celebrated with us were so awesome, kind, and hot. The bottle service were very attentive in serving us, and they even popped Birthday confetti for her like 3-4 times. We had the most amazing time celebrating her special day, and I’m glad everyone enjoyed themselves. If this type of place is your scenery, trust me that you’ll definitely enjoy yourself as well as have a great a time.
Terrible experience there. My friends phone got stolen within 30 min of being in the club. You can immediately tell there are people out for your phone and wallet. I’m surprised people still go here after so many bad reviews this place has. Honestly I would think the owners would be reading what there customers have to say and up their security in this place. Will never go here again….

The big fat pills berry security that scan ID very unprofessional illiterate and lack understanding and reasoning ability. I did everything and pass to go in and he was rude and for that reason I did not go in he is very rude and disrespectful, even towards female I leave and went to another club in LIC had a great time. Spend $1700 . Will highly not recommend to no one even if desperate. will definitely not recommend. Worst club trust me.
Just want to give a WARNING to all the females exiting this club, there is a white Range Rover that parks at the front of the club where everyone makes line. Specifically on Saturday nights. Two men of middle eastern descent may approach you and get right in your face asking if you need a ride , this may likely happen to you if you are alone or with another female. They will ask you odd questions but more than likely will be scanning your wallet via rfid and stealing your credit card info. The security guards at bravo are fully aware of the situation and allow their patrons to be harassed by these men. I alerted the security guard of these men harassing us and he literally told me “that’s what they do and women fall for it thinking they have money” the owner should know better than to allow this. The club overall was great inside but terrible for the patrons to be exposed to this right outside the club. I have their license plate it’s: literally 3 characters and make of car. Unfortunately, bravo gets 1 star from me for allowing this and now I have several unwanted charges on my credit card to deal with as a result .
One of the best places to go at night. Great bottle service have VIP parking. Nice open space with plenty of VIP tables, 2 large bars with friendly service. security is very professional and very attentive and aware of their surroundings. Made me feel safe. can’t wait to go again.
Came here for the first time in January. The club is very nice and taken care of. Don’t come here if you don’t want to have a good time. I don’t mind spending money here because it’s a blast, especially if you buy a table through Kailey, it’s an exponentially gratified time when she serves our table. I went 2 nights in a row because of how much fun my group had. Always a great dj on deck as well, nothing can go wrong when you come to Vue to see Kailey. THANK YOU!
I don’t come to this venue often but when I do I ALWAYS have an amazing time! Staff is cool and friendly but this last time we had gotten a table and one of the bottle girls Blossom(I think that’s her name?) was super sweet and kept making sure we had what we needed and our table was good and just super cool.. not to mention fine as hell 👀 They also have a coat check which is perfect cause Seattle weather requires a jacket and the security on getting your coat back is nice so people aren’t taking home the wrong coats. Definitely going to start coming in more. Good drink, fine women, dope music 🤙🏼
This is a place good, but not nice it's the same since 2007. Nothing changes. On summer the name it's great BCS they don't turn any fan or AC at all.
I did my birthday celebration here. From the moment we arrived we were met with niceness from the staff. Chloe helped me out with drink selection and seating. She really looked out. I was very impressed with the atmosphere. Everyone was really cool and just enjoying themselves. The Djs catered to every genre of music and every Caribbean Island. Joshua really went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed my birthday along with my group. We honestly had a blast and will definitely be returning.
I loved this place but the last time I went I was a bit disappointed. Still is a fun place but they took all the dance area to fill it up with tables. All that great music and no place to dance. I surely did missed the dance floor. People had to dance in corners with barely no space. Hope they bring the dance floor back.
The owner was an old tool bag that has nothing better to do than tell me how my car was parked in employee parking when I am HANDICAPPED parking in a freaking strip mall it’s PUBLIC parking my guy. Did you forget what handicap parking is for!? Not to mention when you go in you HAVE to reserve a table ahead of time otherwise it’s as awkward as a middle school dance. The bar is cash only unless you open a tab and you have to spend 20$ minimum yeah no. This place would get 0 stars from me.
Nice neighborhood spot. Lots of tunes reggae rap and soca/dance hall. (no Indian music) which for me personally is a fresh take to the area. hookahs are FIRE and bartenders are cute too. Got two bottles from Jamie paid cash. me and my girls had a great night WE WILL BE BACK!!! Entry was free before 12! After I think it’s 20$ but it does come with a free shot! A win is a win!
I will always look forward to partying at Rumba Room. I always had an amazing time that i even introduced tjis place to friends and they love it and come back. Its sad we were able to end the year here but nonetheless thank you for giving us all a good time 💃🕺
If i could rate this -5 stars I would. They promoted $5 hookah on Wednesday’s until midnight. We arrived at 11 & the hookah wasn’t even there yet and no one had a clue what time it would arrive. Also, we made a table reservation for 11 pm as well and was told we had to sit at the bar instead. The service is atrocious, no one greeted us or initiated service - we had to keep calling over the servers. They have a mandatory coat check for $3 which is fine, but it was cash only & the ATM fee inside the place was insane !!!!! To top it off, there was NO cell phone service whatsoever. Horrible place.
Went music was ok the group wasn't so good. They had a raffle which my ticket was the winner and they gave the prize to a totally different number stating that the number I gave them was the other person number it was a disaster. Not going again they were rude about the whole situation.
Gay friend took me and some other friends both from the city and visiting from out of town here. Everyone here was friendly and welcoming from the staff to the other people there to have a good time. It may be a gay bar but everyone is welcome and everyone makes you feel welcome. Good food and drinks, good services. The food and drinks are reasonably priced too especially for NYC. There's a nice little quasi-outdoor area and the DJ was awesome and was playing music that really had me in a fun mood just enjoying myself and the company of my friends. It is extremely hard to talk in there especially to the staff at the bar but you work through it the best you can

Spend 400 for a couple drinks left went to a spot not to far got shots all night left with a$500 bill this place u don’t even get a tab you gotta pay right away. The table they gave us was small so we decided to just stay at the bar then if u don’t drink fast enough to buy more liquor u basically get kicked out so this place is where u go to get drunk fast not to drink hold a vibe and listen to music

I had my 21st birthday here at Vue and Phoenix pulled out all the stops with my table, handling all of the guest list, the bottle girls were amazing, bottle service was really attentive and my 15+ guest has an amazing time!

It was my first time going to this club and it was great. Everything was going well until I noticed a few guys trying to take advantage of random drunk girls. I actually told 1 guy off and tried helping the girl sober up. I saw him gran her and started making out with her, then started griping her as she was completely out of it. It took a few minutes before the sober friend pulled her away from the guy. She was apparently 21 even though she looked like my 16 year old daughter. I would’ve gave it 5 stars but the lack of security made me very uncomfortable for young girls that don’t know how to handle alcohol yet. That same guy grabbed another young girl by the waist luckily I told the boyfriend and he pulled her away before he could do the same thing. I heard him bragging to his friend that that’s why he likes coming here. My goal was to get buzzed and have fun with my friends but after what I saw I asked for water instead of alcohol and I completely sobered up. This situation left a really bad taste in my mouth and I left home worried about other girls becoming victims. I would suggest more security checking to make sure that doesn’t happen. Lol it made me feel like applying for the sexy security position.😜
Love to go dancing here. I like the music. They close at 2. We usually Uber there. You can go to dinner first there are lots of spots at the Garden Walk and then you can go burn it off on the dance floor. 💃
Had such a great time here at Rumba Room Live last Saturday (June 11th) I had to write a review. For having been my first time here, by far it exceeded my expectations. One thing I can say some of the nicest and friendly staff here (Shout out to John the bartender).
Primarily came here to take my friend to his first night club and we gave him a night to remember. The combination of great music (Latin Urban, Reggeaton, and some EDM), the wide dance floor (The photos added were taken near opening), and great bartending service (drinks averaging around $15-$18) helped make it a perfect night. John who was our bartender was funny, a great host, and talker. Can't wait to come back in the near future.
2 suggestions I'd have are the following.
1) Having a Cumbas or Dance night or even having some songs mixs into the music set.
2) I'm not sure when the website has been updated but just some food for thought. Thanks again!

Fun place ! Can't wait to go again ! Doesn't start getting full till around 10 or 10:30 Played a mix of music! We Went on Saturday Night! Or also Known As Gay Night! Loved it! There was a $10 entrance Fee & all the drinks are typically $10 too! So it does add up and can get expensive! So watch out! If ur trying to not waste so much! Some drinks go for $12 ! You can choose either $10 or $12. Drinks are good! Some not so strong compared to other drinks! I recommend shots instead for faster results if trying to get wasted .

I have been attending Bravo’s Goth Night (every Sunday) for the past month and I must say, I am addicted!!!
The overall energy this place gives is solely positive. I always enjoy how kinda and non judgmental every frequently/occasional guest are. There has never been any type of creepy vibes or drama I’ve experienced.

They promote it a lot because they play the best music and when you arrive you realize that it's not what they tell you... the group sings well badly, those who have karaoke sing better, the dj plays pure 80th and 90th music.... like merengue, where there is bachata, and they don't even know about salsa, pure cumbia that they don't even know about in Mexico. but anyway, some day we will give them another opportunity to see if they have improved or remain the same....And let's not talk about the bathroom,

When you reserve a table, there is a small print on the contract that states a 20% charge on top of whatever you consume. This is on the "fine print" page at the end when you reserve the table and pay the deposit.
My friend who reserved the table did not see it and we got hit with an extra $120 for our small table at the end of the night.
If you are going to charge 20% extra on every table, just disclose that on the main page along with the price of the table. Now, I know that the amount that each table consumes varies but if there is a clear disclosure on the main page along with the price (something that states 20% will be added to the full price consumed by each table or something like that) then it will not be a surprise at the end of the night and people can plan accordingly. A 400 table is actually 480. a 600 table is 720 and a 900 table is 1080 and so on. On the night in question, we planned to spend 600 but the bill was actually 720. We did enjoy the table and the service was fantastic but we all had to pitch in for the extra 120.

It’s quite a fun place. The cover charge is okay and they only accept cash but there’s an atm inside. Drinks are a little on the expensive side for a place like that but the beers are reasonably priced.
If you like admiring sculptured pecs while you down a few this is a great place. Boxers seems to be short staffed with causes those hard pec feelings to wane quickly. There are some game tables and there is some space to distance which are both a big plus. You will also find screens and I think this is more of a chat than dance atmosphere.
New experience last night can’t wait to come back the drinks were great the music is great fantastic staff and bartenders highly recommend it for someone looking to have fun and dance all night ❤️❤️😎
Came here Saturday for my bday the music environment and staff were all amazing. The drink are good to but the environment and the music variety is what makes this place outstanding they played music for everyone house reggeaton, salsa, merengue, bachata. Great dj this place is definitely on fire if you want Latin music this is definitely the place for you.

Ghetto night club. Bought tickets for an 8pm show, they didn’t open the doors until 9:30, and the group didn’t show up until 1am. The club closes at 2am and half the show was fat woman going on stage to take pictures with the group. Unless you spend hundreds of dollars on a table and hundreds more on cheap bottles, you are completely ignored.

The waiting line is extremely slow. Only one security guard is checking. The night that I visited they had open 3 dance floors and literally playing the same music...come on! Really?? 3 dance floors with the same music ???

First time ever been here and the last . Drinks were not what is expected for a price of 12 dollars. Has no alcohol at all ... regret been there.. been living in the valley for more then 25 years and now I know why I go clubbing far away .. this place really sucks

I went to this nightclub with my wife to watch one of my favorite salsa bands, the Sonora Carruseles on April 2018. The place at the end is a little less than the sum of its parts... It seems to have everything you may want to find in a club... Lounge type sitting, dance floor, computerized lights, a powerful sound system, a stage close to viewers from almost any angle, a bar, table sitting, showgirls... But somehow, the end result is just ok. The sound is not that great, the lights not the most impressive, and the place overall is a three star for me. And if you add that they require you to spend a minimum of $200 for either a bottle of whiskey or vodka to sit at a table, which was a preposterous proposition for only my wife and I who don't drink that much, it just felt a little crazy for a place like this. Anyway, that was my experience that night. I'll have to have a very good reason to comeback. The concert was ok.
The atmosphere here is amazing! I love the decor and displays of famous outfits. Furniture is plush and comfy. This is the perfect place for a night out or as a venue for your own private event in Orange County.
No toilet paper in female restroom, no hand soap, no paper towels. Needs to have more presentable restrooms and hygiene. Tables are set up so close together that you latterly need to bother people to get to the dance floor. Cover charge to high for unexpired waitresses and unknowledge bar tenders. Person in charge have change personnel so much to young inexperience unprofessional people not worth what you pay for. It was way better 5 years ago. Music, atmosphere, personnel

The music is ok. Security was nice, but waitresses didn't stop and offer us nothing to drink. The dance floor way to small. The place is to small. And yes like everyone else said, it's to hot.
