Overdeveloped area, absurdly inadequate access roads, advertised to ultra wealthy international investors instead of locals who are being priced out of their own neighbourhood, and the only brewery is long gone, replaced by developers who only care about money and not the communities they ruin with inappropriate developments. Ridiculous prices for paid parking, crime is rampant because locals can’t afford the criminally high prices and fall destitute.
