The ladies at the front desk are horrible and rude.

From the front desk staff to the imaging technicians and radiologists, Sutter Imaging at this location has a team that is always professional, efficient, and communicative. My most recent imaging required a set of pre scheduled appointments and an injection. Due to a history of allergy, I needed to coordinate in advance with my allergist and the radiology technician (Mary) at this location. Mary returned my call promptly, assisted me in getting the list of ingredients of the injectable which I then shared with my allergist. Luckily there was nothing in the injectable I was known to be allergic to and on the day of my appointment everything went well. Two technicians, Mary and Leslie, both conducted the imaging which took about an hour. They explained the injection, the post injection wait period, and the imaging procedure. During imaging, they intermittently let me know how much time was left. I also have some limited mobility and found Mary and Leslie to be patient with that. I really appreciated their attention to detail, kindness, and respect for me as a patient. If you have a complex set of medical conditions such as possible allergy to imaging dyes and other injectables or are in need of other medical accommodations, I recommend this location.

Once you find it (building is behind the hospital) check in is quick and easy. They get you in and out quickly. I was there for whole 20 minutes.

Wow! They charge a $7 convenience fee ? Plus $4.00 an hour so one hour is $11! If they expect a tip they are crazy! Mercy still free for handicap Oh no fee for handicap here just the $4 an hour!

Arrived 45 min early from chico for an mri appointment. 4 hours later, we are still waiting! There are 2 chairs avail everyone else can wait outside in 104 degrees or stand.

We had to check in at 12 noon. Surgery was at two. Then surgery was at three. Then it got changed to 5pm. Wonder if Doctor would like to pay me for my time! We are just a number "1417616"

Haven’t used valet parking, it’s a little confusing to sort out and it can be busy. Never had a bad experience here though. Everyone is nice and accommodating and helpful. Love Sutter facilities.
