Quick and professional services

Very quick and professional. Good experience.

Huge building with different services available. I just don't like how patients coming here have to pay for parking. Only way to avoid is getting dropped off or parking few blocks away. The staff at front desk can be nice at times, but for most part there ok.I've had to wait an hour at times even with an appointment. The doctors and Nurses are great here. It's what keeps my family coming.

I like my doctor, but it feels as though he has been hamstrung by a lot of corporate policies and greed. Every time I go in for my annual physical, the visits become shorter and less thorough... And then they send a bill for several hundred dollars. I then have to make half dozen phone calls to the Sutter Billing department and Cigna, before they will rebill with the correct billing codes for a standard physical. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! The most recent time, the supervisor in the billing department tried to convince me(while on a conference call with a representative from Cigna) that rebilling was not necessary, and that I should just pay the bill out of pocket. After the rebilling, they still send threatening letters, saying they will send me to collections. In the end, the bill was paid in full by Cigna, without hesitation. This happens EVERY SINGLE YEAR! You'd almost think there was a little greed involved from the hospital administration... Almost.

Invigorating, and everytime I go there, I get excited.

Been using their services 3 years. Dr. Zachary Taylor and Dr. Crystal Masley have been my postmate care. When attended by someone else I've got great service as well.
