An excellent service. Kayode's attention to detail is exemplary and he is extremely professional. Easy print were able to fulfill a very last minute order, which I am very grateful for.

Very poor customer service. I had a sizing issue with a print and when addressed was presented with a confrontational tone from a staff member and words that implied that I was responsible for the issue and handed the ruler for me to remeasure the print myself “Measure it then.”
Then on collection of the final product I then had to bag the item myself while a staff member continued with their phone call.
I was told originally the one print would cost £5 then they proceeded to try and charge me £20. When asked why it was £20 and not £5 they replied “no I told you £25” which does not correlate with the price they were about to charge. I then paid £15 for a print which should have been £5 after bartering with them. Not an honest business.

I’m am so impressed with how efficient their service is. All my requests where done in less than 24hrs. Very honest and extremely professional service.
I placed an urgent order for a large number of 8-page colour funeral programmes with less than 24 hours' notice. They fulfilled the order earlier than expected, it looked wonderful and they gave me a great price. Service was courteous and efficient. Highly recommended!
I have used this print shop for more than one occasion this year and they never fail to deliver, if not exceed my expectations on the finished product!
