I live so close to this park, walk it daily with my dogs and love to see the amount of people exercising and using it. It’s large enough to really enjoy in a variety of ways. A favorite spot to walk when the sun is coming up or going down.
Great park, and fairly big. The White Pine Trail leads right through Riverside, so if you’re a cyclist it’s a lovely shaded portion of the trail (it continues all the way north to Cadillac!).
We love this park for walking, running, casting, all kinds of great fun.
Large healthy poison ivy vine on Maple by Riverside trail historic marker. Beware.
It's an absolutely beautiful trail. The Grand River runs so close, and there are beautiful little streams throughout the wooded trail. It's paved if that's what you prefer or several organic trails that run close to the paved trail.
#Food truck Fridays. If you build it they will come.... absolutely amazing weather and the same thing needs to be said about the event. First time here and it won't be the last!!
riverside park is a great park just west of the heart of downtown grand rapids. a friendly park with beautiful scenery
