Nice place with a nice staff. The breakfast is good. Nice bed and nice bathroom. It's quite close to the Vatican and around it you can find good restaurants. The place is small, I guess they have three rooms to rent. However, the room is spacious.
Very clean place, perfect room if you want just a place to sleep. Bus stop across the street that will take you to the coliseum in like 20 minutes. There is a train station nearby. GREAT BREAKFAST. Great attention from Olga and her daughter.
