It's enthusiastic Chinese Dimsum place. The service is poor.. the food is good so far.

One of the best places in the city for authentic Cantonese food. I've been here for formal banquets, dinners, dim sum, and carry out. My family has dined here since I was a kid, and now I bring my daughter. Consistently spectacular food, competitive prices, and excellent service.

Ever waited 50+ minutes for pot stickers before at a bustling restaurant? I hadn't before coming to Central Grand.
If I was waiting 50 minutes for my food I would hope that the food at least was really good but it was not. Unfortunately it was not great experience and was not worth any of the money.
It took 48 minutes from ordering to receive stir fried mixed vegetables. People who were seated 30 minutes after us received their food before us. We also got the deep fried oysters which were pretty good but just fried oysters without a sauce was really strange. The curried coconut seafood had very little seafood and was mainly celery and green peppers.
The staff were kind of rude purposefully ignoring us for over 20 minutes at a time, despite our attempts at waving and smiling at trying to get someone to come over.

This was our 2nd time coming here (from Edmonton). The (凤爪)chicken feet, 墨鱼仔(cuttle fish) and 牛百叶 (beef tripe) were pretty good. The 芋头角 wasn't as good as last time we came. The top should be more crispy and it was just warm.

Nice traditional cart-style dim sum restaurant on the upper floor of the Top 100 supermarket! This big but slightly cramped dim sum restaurant offers all your favourite dishes in the form of cart style ordering. Staff come around each table pushing carts with a varying selection of dim sum and you get to choose what you'd like to order. The food is always hot or at the very least warm, with good flavour and salt levels. The speed at which the food comes around is nice and quick, not much time spent waiting around. The staff are friendly and helpful, and often package any leftovers for you into a takeout box! There is a parking lot at the back which is often full on weekends. Pricing is about average too. Highly recommend!

This is an unpretentious place with great Chinese dim sum. We two had some dim sum and congee, which made us extremely full and it costs only 50 dollars (compared to what I usually have in Vancouver). Servers were attentive to our needs and were friendly from the start. One perk is that they do accept AMEX which I was much surprised since most Chinese place usually do. Highly recommended

The best traditional Chinese restaurant experience so far (within Calgary). Service is great and efficient as any chinese restaurant usually is. The food here - from dim sum (cart style ordering) to the feast meals were all excellent. No aftertastes, no "thirsty" feeling after and everything comes out piping hot and fresh. Large portions and the quality , quantity and cost all align together on it.
This establishment has been here for a long time and recognized by many celebs and former politicians (as shown in the many photos upon entering). Reservations are much needed for large group settings but usually as a table of 2-4 , it is ok to just walk in.
You will always get leftovers to take home with the portion sizing here when it comes to dinner meals. They provide "homestyle" chinese soup to begin and end with oranges + red bean dessert complements of the restaurant to end.
When you finish your meal, you pay your bill at the front where the cashier is. Haven't had a bad experience with any food items here so far, so I recommend trying everything.
Haven't had the experience ordering take out yet - seems with every attempt, they've always been too busy to process it. Better to just go in and eat.
