Sansotei Ramen

We had the Tonkotsu Black and Gyoza, a very decent and satisfying bowl of ramen. The service was top notch but the broth didn't have the length and depth I look for in an excellent bowl.

Needed a quick bite before the baseball game and they brought out the ramen so fast! Overall, the ramen was amazing and as good as it is in Japan. Highly recommend this unctuous and flavorful bowl of noodles 🤤.

Came here for a dinner with friends and it was great. The Tonkatsu Black ramen was rich and flavorful, and not too salty like many ramen places. The servers were all very friendly and attentive to our needs. The Mango Cheesecake was very fluffy and I really liked the mango bits in it. The place was a bit small and tight but that's just downtown I suppose. Overall, it was a great experience and would come again!

Got the Tonkotsu Black Ramen with extra Chashu and it was awesome!! Broth was rich and savoury. Thick noodles had a nice firm texture and held on to the broth well. Eggs were soft and creamy. Chashu was melt-in-your-mouth good with lots of flavour. Also got the Yuzu Cheesecake for dessert and it was good but nothing outstanding. The servers were also very kind and welcoming! Overall, a great spot for exceptional ramen!

Small place with fast service and good hearty food with great proportions. I tried their Pork ramen but not that spicy.

Absolutely loved it and service was amazing! Yurika was the sweetest and she constantly asked us if we needed anything. The food came so quick and it was delicious. Tonkotsu black was amazing and the broth was so flavourful. Definitely coming back often. Thank you guys 🙏🏼

Stopped here on a quick trip up from the States and the ramen was great; it was super authentic. The waitress was really helpful too in explaining which bowls were spicy, as well as which were more thin like a soup or thick like a stew. I got the Tonkotsu and it was excellent.
