Museo Diocesano

Interesting museum with lots of Art work and historic pieces.
The highlight was the apartments. Worth a visit when in Palermo.
We got a combination ticket that had access to the tombs in the cathedral aswell.

The upstairs floor with the frescos and posh interior is worth the admission fee. Very beautiful house, the other two floors are only interesting when you are really into religious art.

A nice museum with a proved collection of paintings, icons and decorative arts. I have adored the ceramics. Makes the part of combined ticket with Duomo and I recommend to visit it and also the cathedral’s roofs

Amazing place to visit

Reich an Barocken Kunstwerken. Im Kobiticket mit dem Dom enthalten. Daher kann man es gut mit dem Dom Besuch kombinieren. Es gibt aber auch bessere Barock Villen zu besichtigen.

If you like history, art and Museums - this is a nice stop on your Palermo tour.

You can buy a ticket just for this museum or a combined ticket with the cathedral, tombs and roof (if you have time for only 1 thing - do the roof!)

The Museum has 3 floors in which you can see exhibitions in rooms that were once a part of the archbishop's palace - which was a part of the cathedral.

It's a self guided tour which can take between 45 min if you don't read anything and 2 hours if you do...

Der Eintritt ist im Kombiticket der Kathedrale enthalten. Im Museeum sieht man einige Kunstwerke aus dem 12. bis 19. Jahrhundert.
