Tandoori Grill

I am literally disgusted at the quality.Of their food. They don't even deserve one star. Order the chicken tikka, paneer tikka And other food items costing over $100. Only do find out that chicken was super dry And bland and paneer tikka was Charred from the outside, but was completely uncooked. Naans were Like rubber And was very hard to chew. The worst part is when I called to complain about the food. The guy on the phone just laughed and Made a joke about bringing the food back to their restaurant And how he would remake the food With me paying half the price As if it was easy for us to drive all the way back for 45 minutes, just to get below average tasting food and
Less quantity for the full price that we already paid. Please don't go there.They don't take their customers seriously.

I recently take out food and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food was extremely disappointing. Each dish lacked flavor and freshness, leaving me wondering if any care was put into the preparation. It’s disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a meal that doesn’t meet even the most basic expectations.

The prices charged are unjustifiable given the subpar food. For the cost, I expected a much higher standard. Instead, I left feeling that my money had been completely wasted. I had hoped for a pleasant dining experience, but what I received was a far cry from that.

To make matters worse, when I brought up these concerns and requested a refund, the management refused to give a full refund. It’s frustrating to not only have a bad food experience but also to feel that my money was completely wasted with no effort to make it right.

I would not recommend to anyone looking for quality food or value for their money.

The food was delicious, flavourful and fresh. The staff at Tandoori grill always smiling and polite. We ordered the tandoori mixed grill platter which was suggested by our server was excellent. You should try the spiced onion if you like a little spicy and tangy flavour. The tandoori grill is the okace for Indian cuisine, the restaurant has covered most of the Indian delicacies. This place is highly recommended.

A nice place for late night food cravings. We ordered vegetarian and mutton thali, and it was superb. They make take some time cooking but the food comes out fresh and hot. The hosts are from Nepal and very friendly. The server is a young school girl who seems disinterested but is still polite. Maybe they should hire some adult servers. Overall, it's a nice place to grab some late-night, fresh, homemade food.

Amazing Food. Amazing staff. Me and my wife loved the food and service. We ordered chicken chilli dry, chicken tikka lababdar, butter naan, and chai. Their chai is lovely. We are from Edmonton, but when we are back in Calgary, we will be there.

This Indian restaurant is just 3 minutes walk from The Westin Downtown Calgary. Quite liked the starters…we ordered Chicken pakora, Veg pakoras and Prawn masala. Their Palak paneer, Dal Makahani, Dal Tadka were spot on and excellent garlic and butter naans. The only disappointment was their Chicken Tikka Masala- chicken pieces were hard and very average gravy. All in all, this place is worth a shot for some good North Indian Punjabi food.

3 of us visited on a Tuesday evening, we went there because we had seen the owner's hilarious responses to negative reviews. We wanted to find out whether the place is bad, or whether the owner is a great person running a great restaurant. And the answer is ... his name is Mike, he is lovely, he takes immense pride in his food, everything is freshly cooked, and we loved it. He explained how some of the bad reviews are fake or they just like to trash a decent business, and when you read the reviews you can also see a large number of 5-star reviews which seem much more genuine in our opinion. In summary we loved the food and we enjoyed chatting to Mike, so we will be back and we recommend it to you! See pic.
