summered here, wow have things changed, used to a marsh path to the beach, now its a parking lot for a public beach. it sure was private when I was a kid

Great place to see the low tide come back in. So far and so fast!
Nice Bayside beach, especially when the tide is out the Brewster flats go on for miles

Love this place. Nice neighborhood with two great beaches near by. It's a lot of fun to explore during low tide.
