Atmosphere is not that great. The food is classic . They don't open the shop early. Even if it's open the breakfast won't be available even at 7:30AM WHEREIN other hotels will be running at that time. But the food is very delicious especially butter pudi masala dosa
This place is highly underrated place, you will find delicacies that will melt your heart and take your soul to next level. Highly recommend ghee idli and masala Dosa here.
Food is good quality and hygiene is well maintained, handwash, drinking water are RO purified food taste has some uniqueness, parking is quite spacious at peak hours it may be difficult, food cost is nominal overall give it a try, Vada was super soft and homely kind of feeling, open space outside to have a meal
I used to visit their original location in Cubbonpet, old city area of Bengaluru.
Food was good, but I didn't feel the same taste as before at their old location.
Prices seem to be a little high.
It's worth a try if you are in the area and hungry for morning Breakfast or evening.

Yet another old Bengalooru tiffin joint stretches and opens its arms and reach to South Bengalooru. Chikkanna Tiffin room is a well established eatery in the cubbonpete area. Now its within our travel comfort zone in Jayanagara. Ofcourse the taste of the original is The OG always, but this outlet is still good. Also, everyone can afford the food here.
My regular order are
Bhathu - Palav - Pulao, call it whatever you want, the taste is good. But do not expect too many vegetables. Its mostly flavoured rice served with chutney.
Mini Masale - The mini masala dosé is the crowd favourite. Made with a batter without maida/all purpose flour, it doesn’t get stretchy after resting. It roasted to reddish brown with copious amount of tuppah/ghee/clarified butter. The palya inside the dosé is on the thick gravy side than the usual dry palya.
My overall rating is around 3.8/5. But since there is no option, rounding it off to a 4.

Good old days charm Dosa (Crispy outer , soft inner) Tried the open mini and the Ghee Masala Dosa. Greasy, flavourful, tasty and filling . Is I must stay distinctive from the many other popular Dosa in Bangalore. Finished the breakfast experience on a high with hot filter kaapi..Highly recommend 😋😋
Had been there today liked there concept of Mini dosa and mini rice bath. Dosa I liked it not crispy like Bangalore café or Vidyarthi Bhavan. But enjoyed eating dosa. Idli is ok not such great. Rice bath is so yummy
