Our 90y/o mother had the time/dinner of het life.
She enjoyed the Dragonball shushi as a starter and she was really delighted of the fresh taste. They must have a Japaneese chef!?

We had the Bites for starters.
Very good and tastefull gamba, goatcheese kroket, boneless chicken fingers and a Gyoza.

The sweet ribs where very tender. Fall of the bone.
Unfortunately the sweet marinade was just ketjap. If this would be a homemade marinade the ribs would be a 9.
The tagliatelle with scampi was also very nice.

And then the desserts......
Damn,... awesome.
The stroopwafel bavarois was very good.
Sweet but very tastefull.
Just like the tastery.
Very much for one person but all was eaten.:-)
The dame blanche was just as it should be.
With the chocolate sauce aside.

Delicious food. It is very nice that people ask if you liked it, they make sure that everything is okay. I was surprised that in the bathroom there are tampons, deodorant and perfume for emergencies, very good that someone thought about it and took care of it. We are very satisfied and we will be back.

The waiters are very professional and friendly. We orderd the Ribbs and the Steak wich were amazing and they brought it fast!
Desert: Amazing Brownie & Cheese Cake.

Every detail of our dinner tonight at Bistro De Herberg was outstanding!!!! We had the appetizer sampler which was devine as well as french onion soup. We had the Dutch duo and tornados for our main course. The sauces for the meats were delicious. And for desser, a chefs special which had about six different desserts on the plate, all wonderful. The atmosphere was cozy, romantic and festive. The teas that were offered were very unique and delicious. Best of all were the friendly staff that made the evening just perfect!!!!

Superb ribs...best I've ever eaten. The meat just fell off the bone.
