The staff was very helpful! Our party usually go by very well!

Been here for a few birthday parties. They have indoor and outdoor space available. Plenty of kids to run around and get tired... Staff are nice.

Terrible service!
I was visiting from out of state for my nieces birthday where my sister spend thousands to rent out this horrible place.
There was NO toilet paper in the bathroom for guests. The staff are extremely condescending and rude. Rushed my sister to start the cake and immediately started taking down decorations after the cake without asking what we wanted to keep!
They were harassing our family about the time allotted DURING the party, trying to rob us of 30 min.
Unpleasant experience. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! We should’ve known by the sketchy outside with no sign.

Let me just say that this was the second party we host with Live Love Play so I can confidently say it is not worth it at all. Fortunately, it will be the last party I ever host here. To start off, I had multiple guests comment on the disgustingly rude attitude the staff had the entire time. From the moment we walked in they had a very stuck up demeanor as if we weren’t paying them thousands of dollars to host a party there. To make matters worse, they stole some of my party items and when I called back to ask them when I could pick my items up they said they would call me in two minutes and of course they never called back. I didn’t make a big deal about it because its good to give to the less fortunate and they are obviously in a position where they need it more than I do if they have to steal from their own customers. Take my advice and host your party elsewhere.

I truly don't understand these negative reviews, Live Love Play is the best place for your kid's birthday party. It is beautiful, Instagrammable (who doesn't love that?), and the owner is the sweetest. She spent so much time with me to go over every detail and is so creative! They even have an outdoor area, which is so great for adults. I have been to so many indoor playgrounds and nothing compares to this.

Call ahead. They close for private parties but website will say open. The woman working was incredibly rude. I asked if they were open she said, we are closed For a private party. I told her the website said open, they please post when she they are closed for an event so people don’t drive a long way to get here and she gave me the rudest smile, shrugged her shoulders turned her back to me ending the conversation. Had she been apologetic I would have tried another day. Nope. Not getting my business

The place itself was fun, the play house and all the toys were great. Seemed clean
Bathrooms were clean. Staff seemed annoyed? Maybe some light racism? They dropped the birthday cake though and got an attitude real quick because the face painter didn't announce she was going to do face painting (its only 1 hr) and then when we all found out we only had 15min left. I didn't like the staff...the place itself was cool. But I wouldn't have my kids birthday here.

We planned our Son's birthday here and they did a terrific job with the setup and desserts. The place is bright and and large (no carpet!) And had a great open backyard attached. The best part about it was the planners required very little guidance and oversight.
