Lol the process is going so slow and workers dont even care about you did you wait or not definitely this 1 star is so much for them..

Long waiting time and difficult communication. Booking absolutely necessary to load and offload, but still long waiting times

Simply the worst cargo service.
Slot reservation is pointless and takes time (if you have few AWBS) but when you want to get to your ramp/dock on time then you have to fight with other local driver for it because they know the rules: first one takes all 😁. It is jungle not cargo.

Worst place in the entire Deutchland!!
If you are turkish then you might unload faster, otherwise you will wait anywhere from 4 to 12 hours for their lazy personnel to do their job properly, always with delays, always breaks from 30 to 30 minutes.

This place is absolutely terrible! Everyone who works there should be ashamed. The management should apologize to every single client who was crazy enough to work with them !! It looks like they have collect all the worst employees in Frankfurt area and put them in one place, Celebi ! To get the job over there you have to be lazy, incompetent, abusive and truly hate yourself and others. So, if you unfortunate enough to make business with that terrible company you must be crazy ! Look for someone also and don't waste your time and money to associate with worst company at the Frankfurt Airport!! You have been warned ⚠️
