Super old beast of tree

One of the best spots to observe the city of Vancouver.

My soul was profoundly transformed by seeing this tree. I was tired and sore from skiing and the sun was in my eyes but I'm absolutely positive the trees spirit came down and annealed my spirit. This all happened in a fraction of a moment as I drive by and thought huh that's a big tree.

A 1200 years old yellow cedar, just at the side of the road.

Great tree, nice bark texture with a distinct shape. Shorter than expected wouldn’t make the trip just for the tree but glad I saw it.
