Great Drs the only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars are the charges. $65 for a 15 min consult either in clinic or a video consult plus meds. I feel that people on long term meds should be given these for free.

After finishing my time at University - I was on the search for the next GP to look after my needs and access my health. I came across Tend Health in early 2023 and I was blown away with how easy the enrolment process was. Fast forwarding to 2024, the app is very useful and using the Online Now service has benefited me as I work full time. Really enjoy the Doctor I see and everyone in the team is so lovely. I really recommend this GP to anyone looking for fast, easy and reliable service.

App is terrible! Three days to speak to someone if there’s anything no matter how urgent. That’s just unacceptable- hire more staff!!! Mistakes being made that are putting my health at risk and cannot get a hold of anyone.

Usually need to speak to someone because there is a mistake.

The doctors are nice. The support admin staff are absolutely heartless and pretty bad at their jobs causing major headaches.

I urgently need to speak with someone so when you see this please get hold of me asap!!! I shouldn’t have to get hold of you via your Google reviews when your admin staff made mistakes!!

Agree with the person below.

Edit; you couldn’t make this up. When they tried to fix it they made further mistakes and you have to wait 3 days to get hold of anyone to correct it. Or book another $65 appointment to speak to someone who tells you to book another appointment. How do you even manage to have a customer experience this bad? Hire more staff omg.

Hands down the worst clinic I’ve ever been apart of. There’s no walk in, incase of emergency, I’m constantly being emailed invoices I had paid at the clinic and even after I explain I’ve paid, three more people send through invoices. This hasn’t just been a one off thing it’s been multiple times. The doctors are pretty good but the first one I had was always rushing and I never really felt I was being listened too. I have a long history of health issues and it’s important doctors know my background but it never felt that way. I ended up seeing another doctor there which seems more stable and available, BUT overall it’s just not a good place especially for people who need a lot of care. The app is also a headache and I’m done with explaining myself over and over to 5 different people and never getting nowhere. Time to move on. My recommendation… Run! Go back to old family doctors

I love the concept of having an app with your doctors, it has been so handy especially dealing with chronic illnesses i am able to view results, book in with my doctor, message the care team, and handle my medications all through the app. my doctor has been the most supportive and proactive person when it comes to my health and i’m very happy!

Tend was great when I started using it initially for easy to diagnose, minor/one off health concerns. I had a more chronic problem and had 7+ appointments. No consistency between doctors, they don’t seem to check the notes prior to appointments, and simply fail to assist.

Online appointments also terrible with them clearly trying to hang up as soon as possible.

The tend online customer service is also terrible, taking days to reply, and you can’t directly call your own clinic- there is only one main phone line going to all clinics. I’ve finally had enough of it and going back to a traditional clinic.

I've been using tend for approximately half a year, as I'm busy and I travel. I've had consistently excellent experiences everytime which exceeds all expectations. I've had both in person appointments at Kingsland, as well as online through the app. All staff have been very friendly and helpful. From arranging clinical notes sent to me from the hospital, to arranging urgent medication repeat prescriptions for me at very short notice, the admin/reception staff have really helped me out.

The app is super easy to use. You can schedule appointments with the Dr and/or nurse as well as change them, see your prescriptions, medications, and there's a messaging tab where you can liaise online. There are many more features to the app. It's an easy way to take responsibility for your health needs.

I've also had urgent online consultations in other parts of the country, and I was also able to pick up prescriptions at the location I was at the time instantly. The wait time was quick, and best of all I was able to access healthcare without rearranging my travel plans.

I've also recieved high quality care from the doctors, too.

I absolutely do recommend it.
