Two nights we walked in around 9 p.m. without a table booking and we were swiftly offered a table. The menu is inspired by a Jewish cousin. We tried the vegetarian lasagna "cubes" macena , chicken breast, duck breast, and pickled cucumber salad. Friendly waiting staff, timely service and a pleasantly buzzing atmosphere. Highly recommended

Food is of very high quality. Loads of meat in my goulash. Risotto was very creamy and meats were cooked well and delicious

We only popped in for a drink. Waiting staff was very cheesy and pushy from the front door. They looked bored as hell. Ordered 3 lagers, well overpriced compared to other places. The restaurant itself was really vibrant and stylish, can’t say a word against it.
Had no food, so can’t give any feedback on it, but as I’ve seen other guests, they were satisfied with their meals and portions.

As you can see on the picture, there was a massive hair on the table…
They calculated an extra 15% on the bill and still expected tips above that. No way. So once it was clear no tips they were happy to see us to leave 🤷🏻‍♂️

I personally wouldn’t go back. But it is only because I prefer different kind of hospitality and style. Consider it yourself!

Excellent food. The Veggie lasagna was delicious and the salmon was as well very good. No to mention the grappa!

Great Hungarian restaurant.. very stylish and quite elegantly. The food was quite rich it taste. I had
The chicken breast. I saw mashed potato on another dish and asked if they could add that onto mine and they bought a bowl of mash potato out separate, which was great. Thank you. It’s the only reason you got 5 star. The food took almost an hour to come out. :(

A magical place - with amazing cuisine, service and good prices. Be sure to try Ludaskasa - the most delicate goose liver and 2 goose wings with a side dish of pearl barley with peas, an unexpected combination, but incredibly tasty and successful!! Appetizer - goose liver pate with apricot jam, amazing tenderness, just a dessert! Good wine and very good service!

Great restaurant in the middle of the Jewish Quarter serving delicious traditional Hungarian Jewish food. Cozy and comfortable setting, service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the duck liver strudel and the matzo ball soup.
