Thergaon Park

As a child, the only thing that attracted me the most was the tree 🌳 house in the park. And the second most - the train!! 🚂 It's closed down now, though 🤧
(Wish I had my own tree house, hehe😅)
The park is quite big, unlike regular parks near the area.
They've got a boating area as well, but I'm not sure if it's in use currently.

There are no charges if you go in the morning, but in the evening, they do charge you.

My suggestion is to go get your family and have a refreshing, nice morning walk there!

Nice park for family outing. Park has swings, slides, etc. for kids to play, has a small train to enjoy small trip inside the park. This park also has boating options, water is not clean I must say and also smells abit.

Large old green trees are all around, #boatClub is inside this park, small #waterfall(dried in summer area), it's also have the small river side view that looks good.
Good place to enjoy with family, friends, kids(enough play and game area), open gym is also value addition !
There is the small #temple near park, river side open space to seat and enjoy the water flow the dam, the water overflow over there !

Feedback :
1. Park really need time to time maintained, cleaning, timely cutting big branches', garbage is all arounds
2. Washrooms are not clean properly
3. River side view is good but water is #smelly, not clean time to time, garbage bags are all around
4. some of the part of the park is under construction from long time, out of three tree house(2 are in the maintenance /construction from very long)
5. Little problem that I feel, even park is very big and full with all greenery & big trees, there is the #lackOfVentilation, air flows !
6. There is no facility provided to the worker, labor, caretaker of the parks, they are living in the open space with small self made huts.
7. Everything is #chargeable here, even #publicToilets !

Its very good place for short outing with kids. There are lot many options for kids for playing. Boating is also available with very reasonable price (Rs. 50 per person)

Nominal entry fee applicable - Rs. 10 for adult and 5 for child above 4 years

Small toy train available inside guarden for short ride again with Rs. 10 per adult

Only thing is you will see lots of photo shoots going on within garden for different occasions.

Suggestions - bring your own watter bottle as it will be handy for kids. Visit place from 4 pm to 6 pm as after 6 there is issue of mosquitos.

Perfect for Kids in PCMC

This is one the best recreation center in PCMC. Well maintained garden, Boating, Water Stream, Train etc it is equipped with almost everything. Situated in a Narrow lane and it is little hard to locate better to use Google Maps.

A very good visit.

Good place for morning walk and excercise . It has open Gym for all age groups, children Play area, artificial waterfall, river boating etc.

There is no entey fee during morning time 5:30-9 AM, during evening there is entey fee of 10 rupees for below 12 year and 20 for adults which is reasonable.

Most people perfer this location for pregnancy, prewadding photo shoot, advertising shoot modeling photography.

One of the best Garden cum boatclub in PCMC,, large area and playing equipment available for kids, The best part is the river view and small waterfall flowing inside that make the park feel even better..... Big trees and birds chirping make your visit memorable.
